Nous avons passé l’après-midi avec Elisa pour visiter le Duomo et la Scala , ça été un super moment. Elisa s’était chargée de réserver nos billets et nous sous sommes laissés guider au fil de ses explications dans un français parfait ! Nous avons apprécié toutes les références et les anecdotes quI ont agrémenté les visites. Nous referons appel à ses services sans hésiter pour notre prochain séjour à Milan. Nos deux filles ont beaucoup appris et garderons un très bon souvenir de ces découvertes. Merci Elisa !

Super Guide ! Douce, agréable, à l’écoute, Elisa a le soucis de s’adapter avec les visiteurs qu’elle accompagne. Nous étions français, elle a parlé en français pendant toutes les visites, pas si évident pour elle pourtant ! SMS d’avant visite pour des conseils et après visite. Je recommande vivement Elisa Belles visites en sa compagnie ! Merci Elisa

Llegamos al punto de encuentro diez minutos antes y esperamos 15 minutos y al no llegar el guía llamamos al número de la reserva y la persona dijo no tener conocimiento de la reserva. Le enviamos la imagen de la reserva y dijo que sí estaba registrada pero que ella no la vio y estaba muy lejos para llegar; que me regresarían el dinero en 3 a 5 días. Fueron irresponsables y no pudimos hacer nuestro tour porque ya viajábamos al día siguiente. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
