ARRIVAL – AIRPORT PICKUP Pickup at the airport is on the outside. After clearing Immigration and Customs, go outside to the arrival area. Use the first door on the right (beside Island Car Rental) to exit the terminal. Once outside, turn right and walk towards the Restroom. The greeter will be standing behind the barricade (to the left of the restroom, in front of Sixt Car Rental) holding a sign displaying BYRON'S JAMAICA TOURS (Do Not look for your Name). Departure transfer is scheduled 2.5 hours before the departure time provided on your reservation. A message will be sent to your email with exact pickup time.

Sangster International Airport, Montego Bay, Jamaica - Departure Point: Domestic Arrival, Sangster's International Airport Directions: After clearing Immigration and Customs, go outside to the arrival area (using the first door on right at the information desk to exit the terminal). Once outside, turn right and walk towards the Groovy Grouper Bar. Our representative will be standing behind the barricade holding a sign displaying BYRON'S JAMAICA TOURS. Once you have identified our representative, present your voucher to him and he will escort you to your ride. Return point: Return pickup is from the hotel's lobby. Pickup is scheduled 2.5 hours prior to your departure flight time. Your driver will meet you at the main entrance. Please check out and be ready 10 minutes prior to this time.

Our driver was there on time when we arrived at the airport as well as when we departed. The vehicle was clean and the driver was great. When I come back I will definitely book with them again.

Byron is excellent!! He is exceptionally easy to work with an access. My friend left her cell phone in the car and he promptly came back to drop it off within 5 minutes! 10/10 highly recommend!

It was a pricy trip the distance from airport to the our hotel was literally 5 mins and for that short distance Viator charged too much.

The drive himself was great and very nice. But the initial person that we met us name Chad. Rushed us we paid for club Mobay, and wanted to get food and use the restroom since our flight landed early, he basically said no that the driver was ready to go. Then after we did it took about 20 he had our names paged i er a loud speaker. At that moment, we decided to never use the see ice again. I really do appreciate the driver who was very nice.

Overall a good experience. Was a little hard to find on arrival. Return trip was great, driver was in the lobby waiting on us 5 minutes before our departure time. Helped us with our bags and was very friendly.
