Horrible horrible customer service. They couldn’t care less about it. I was supposed to be picked up this morning for a boat tour. They left me. I could not find the hotel entrance but walked right past it meaning I must have walked right past the van. I was waiting 100’ away across the street talking to him on the phone when he left me after 2 f#%^!king minutes! What jerks. I’m filing a complaint. I was 100’ away from him! What kind of outfit is this anyway!

Lousy customer service, rude staff, motorcycle in a mediocre condition, price higher than avarage. Belive me I rent motorcycles al least twice a year in sorrento and for ten years this has been the worst experience!

We did not get the scooter which we booked online. The fuel tank was on half when we received the scooter, we were asked to return it full tank.
