Do not even think about it terrible experience !! ..the insurance upgrade has a $ 400 excess . The hand over took forever , you must pay this you must pay that , plus they require a $ 200 hold on your credit card , they only tell you this after you have paid the high rental price . During the process he permitted what appeared to be a local coming close to me trying to get my photo or pair with my phone , they already had a copy of my passport . I said he was clearly a local saying he wanted to rent a scooter . Stay away !!! I doubt I will ever see my $ 200 back ..also the scooters are fitted with GPS so if they want they can come with a spare key ...just STAY AWAY . They are based in the shopping mall .

Los recomiendo al 100%. La atencion es unica. definitivamente cuando vuelva a ir a Punta Cana no dudare en visitarlos. El señor Alvaro estuvo muy atento.
