Day 1: Marrakech-Imlil 1750m -base Camp 3207m
Stop At: Marrakech, Marrakech, Marrakech-Safi
Drive from Marrakech to Imlil and trek to Toubkal Refuge via Aremd & the Mizane Valley
Leaving the city behind we drive south today, towards the craggy peaks and
plunging valleys of the Toubkal Massif. Crossing the Haouz Plain we pass through
the tiny town of Asni, from where our road begins to climb towards the foothills
of the Massif. Below us the valley of the Oued Rhirhaia stretches out into the
distance and small villages cling to the sides of the steep hills as we meander
our way towards the village of Imlil. Here we leave our vehicle and, in the
company of our mountain guide, begin our trek, heading along the Mizane Valley,
first towards the village of Aremd and then onto the shrine of Sidi Chamarouch for lunch stop before we continue hiking up to Toubkal Refuge for overnight.

Day 2: Toubkal summit-Base camp-Marrakech
Stop At: Marrakech, Marrakech, Marrakech-Safi
Day 2: Trek to summit of Jebel Toubkal(4167m); return to Imlil and drive to Marrakech.
Early this morning we make our attempt on the summit of Jebel Toukbal, the
highest peak in Northern Africa. Our route takes us up the south cirque,
crossing the stream above the refuge and then heading across one of the
mountains numerous scree fields, where we will have to negotiable a seemingly
endless carpet of boulders and rocks. The walking is relatively straightforward,
but the scree and the altitude will make the going quite difficult in parts,
however, the views along the way make the journey more than worthwhile. Cresting
the ridgeline we find ourselves on the plateau, from where it is a short walk to
the summit and the vistas out across the surrounding landscape are quite
breathtaking. From here there are unrestricted views in every direction,make sure you take amazing pictures before you hike down to base camp for lunch then walking down to Imlil village to be transferred back to Marrakech

AMAZING!!! Fantastically organised, great communication!!!
Our guide Yassin was outstanding and looked after us throughout! Our chef (yes, we had our own chef) cooked amazing Moroccan dishes - all fresh and delicious!!!
The location was absolutely spectacular and hike was challenging!!!

Had a great time on the mount toubkal trek. Pickup and return to Marrakech was prompt in a private taxi. Samir is an awesome guide, checked on pace and comfort regularly. We made it to the toubkal summit for sunrise, a truly memorable experience. Lodging at the refuge is dormitory style. Totally enjoyed this experience!

Had a great experience on the Mount Toubkal trek. Pickup and return to Marrakech was prompt in a private taxi. Samir is a great guide, checked on pace and comfort frequently. We successfully reached toubkal summit for sunrise. What a great view and experience! Meals were excellent with plentiful portions. Refuge lodge is dormatory style, think there were 18 people in my room. Totally recommended this tour!

Omar has arranged everything perfectly, from gear renting, the chosen guide to transportation. Even Im solo travelling, I do not have to worry anything
Our guide Yassin is the best guide!! The whole trekking journey he was very funny and chill and les us smoothly. He fulfilled all our requirements from meals to taking care of us so well!!!
High recommended for any one who want to experience Mount Toubkal!

A bucket list trip to climb the highest peak in North Africa - Mount Toubkal did not disappoint, simply breathtaking 🔥
With the help of my amazing professional mountain guide Moustafa, one of Omar Adventures best guides, I stood on top of Mt. Toubkal shortly after sunrise on day 2.
The views were worldly.
An incredible experience full of laughs, fun amazing food & stories that I will cherish forever with these amazing Berber people

Omar and his team provided a wonderful experience for our family! We originally were booked in for a Toubkal summit trip, but a big snow storm came through and shut down the pass and made the trek unsafe. Omar was on his way back from Toubkal and was able to completely rearrange our trip in hours! My family and I had a wonderful time trekking from village to village with Omar’s team. The route around the Atlas mountains was beautiful, the people were super friendly and the food on the trek was fantastic! We will definitely be back to Morocco to summit Toubkal with Omar. I can highly recommend his services to anyone including families with trekking age children. Ours were 17, 14 and 13.

Omar Imerhan is a terrific guide. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about his country and he connected us with friends and contacts who invited us into their homes for delicious Moroccan food and great company. We stayed at incredible Moroccan hotels rather than American-owned hotels. This added a lot to the experience.

Omar has a calm manner with great sense of humor. He easily can assess the strength of each hiker and give good advice. He shares the necessary information ahead of time and keeps the hikers well informed on the plan, geography of the region, government, and culture.
It was a great experience for me to hike the beautiful Atlas mountain with Omar.

It was a great trip, great new people I got to know.
A great organization from the transfer from the airport to the summit, everything was well planned and there were no problems. And above all a big thank you to Omar, he is a great tour guide and a great person.
He was responsive to all needs and brought the group together very well.
PS. I would do the trip again in a heartbeat😁
