We had the best guide ever, Lorenzo! He was right on time, and from the beginning of the trip till the very end he was enthusiastically explaining a lot and answering all our questions. You could tell that he’s really passionate about what he’s doing, and besides the gorgeous landscapes and exciting activities, his expertise and enthusiasm is what made our trip genuinely memorable and unforgettable. Well, where to start. Our guide Lorenzo pulled out all the stops for everyone. His knowledge of the area and passion for Mount Etna is astounding. Be prepared for a long day but every second is pure joy. I cannot recommend this trip enough. You will fall in love with the place. I’ve made some friends for life in the group, we all felt like a family.

We had a wonderful day. Our guide, Andrea was informative, fun and helpful, always pointing out extra details to add to the experience. The trip up Etna was breathtaking - we paid extra for the cable car, bus and tour to the high point which is separate. Bought some wonderful honey and loved washing our dusty feet off in the river valley. My kids (10 and 12) had a great time.

This was an amazing tour ... Our guide Aldo was very experienced, very informative and genuinely a lovely friendly person which made the tour enjoyable and fun. We also enjoyed the company of the other group members and learn't lot from each other ... Fantastic experience, loved Mount Etna and the experience, the Alcantara Gorge and was mesmerized by the beauty. Sampling the food and fell in love with pistachio creme and tastes ... All in all a fantastic tour and loved every minute of the day ... Highly recommended ... The combination of the tour was enjoyable ... Thanks to the fantastic Aldo ... Much appreciated 😁

Not our favorite excursion...our guide was not very personable. Ride in van was completely silent. And just not what I expected.

Enjoyed the whole tour. Opted for the quad biking through the Mt Etna area, not cheap @ €100 but thoroughly enjoyed it. If you want something more educational go for the hike which is free, Simone our guide was a gas !!! ..be prepared if u get him he's full on and very knowledgeable !!

Amazing tour guide Andrea he was friendly informative knowledgeable trusting went out of his wsy to help us with problem we had grazie mille Andrea. Couldnt of wanted a better tour guide to share our day with. Mamma etnea was amazing. We lived here many years ago and been back many times But never been up to see her that close.Views were amazings. Climb was bit steep and very windy so definetely wear warmer clothing tothe top especially if its windy can take your breath away i have asthma so found it hard with walk and altitude had to stop and use my inhaler half way. But still wouldnt of missed the trek and it is a teek hahahThe use of a walking pole would of helped as trail is very narrow. But glad we got up close and personal to see mamma etna. Alacantra gorges was amazing another place we had always wanted to go. It was stunning. And our trip to the little house to get homemade honey was amazing All in all time went too quick but worth every second. Era una buona esperienza grazie a tutti. Grazie mille ancora per tutti Andrea stai bene.
