The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions or other reasons.

If Mt. Fuji's 5th Station cannot be reached due to road surface freezing, an accident on the Fuji Subaru Line, or weather conditions, the tour will be taken to the highest elevation point possible. No alternative destinations are planned when the tour reaches beyond the 1st Station. When the tour has to turn back at the 1st Station, or when the Fuji Subaru Line is completely blocked, the tour will visit Fujisan World Heritage Center or Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park. Please note that an alternative itinerary may also be omitted depending on road conditions.

Due to weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base. However, the tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be given for this reason.

If the Lake Ashi cruise or Komagatake Ropeway cannot be boarded (when not visitable due to suspension of operation, road congestion, or conditions at other sightseeing areas), the tour will be guided to one of the following alternative destinations. (The tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued for this reason.) Lake Kawaguchiko Sightseeing Boat "Appare", Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Hakone Pirate Ship, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Hakone Ropeway, Hakone Jukkokutoge Panoramic Cable Car, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, Fujiyama Museum, Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone-en Aquarium, Ninja Bus, Oshino Shinobi no Sato, Hakone Checkpoint, Odawara Castle, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Shrine

Depending on the season and day of the week, traffic conditions may vary, and arrival time at each location may be considerably delayed. Thank you for your understanding.

Transportation may be delayed by traffic congestion. Even if you miss your Shinkansen after disembarking at Odawara Station due to a delay, no refunds will be given. Please ride the next train in the Non-reserved section. If planning on taking a Shinkansen after the tour ends, please make sure to choose a Shinkansen departing Odawara Station at 19:00 or later.

Customers who are late for the departure time will have their reservations canceled. Please give yourself plenty of time.

Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats or lunch. If bus seats or lunch is required, please make a booking under the child rate.

When booking, please indicate the number of customers requesting vegetarian meals or Muslim-friendly meals (please indicate even when there are no requests).

Muslim-friendly Meals: A menu that does not use pork or alcohol will be provided. Please note that these are not halal certified. Allergy-friendly meals, gluten-free meals, etc. are not available. Customers with allergies and those that would like gluten-free meals should reserve the tour without lunch included.

GPS-enabled audio guides in Chinese, Spanish, Italian, Thai, French, and Indonesian may be used while on board a dedicated vehicle. Please indicate your preferred language in the free entry field at the time of reservation. Same-day requests are not accepted. There are a limited number of audio guides available, so it may not be possible to provide one for each participant. Also, no refunds will be issued even if the audio guide is unusable due to weak signal, device issues, Wi-Fi malfunction, etc. Furthermore, they may be unusable if there are changes to the itinerary.

Depending on the number of tour participants, transportation to be used may be other than a large bus (mid-size bus, small bus, hired car, etc.).

This is a carbon offset product where a portion of the tour booking charge is spent on renewable energy. By converting CO2 emissions during the tour to green energy, it's possible to contribute to activities protecting the planet's future.

On the day when the annual Mt. Fuji Hill Climb is held, which is usually on a weekend in June (schedule for 2024 is yet to be determined), the Fuji Subaru Line is closed until around 14:00. The tour will proceed on this day as well. Please note that there will be changes to the itinerary order and sightseeing locations, and the Komagatake Ropeway and Lake Ashi cruise may be changed to alternative itineraries. Furthermore, please note that refunds will not be issued in this case, and customers will not be notified separately when the schedule has been determined.

As there are locations to be visited on this tour such as Mt. Fuji 5th Station, etc. with lower temperatures compared to Tokyo, bringing warm clothing is recommended.

This tour/activity will have a maximum of 40 travelers

Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability

Guide was fabulous! I would love to go on another tour with her! It wasn’t her fault that Mt. Fuji didn’t want to show off.

Unfortunately the trip wasn't great due to severe weather conditions. Could therefore not see any of Mount Fuji and the boat trip and ropeway were also marred by the poor weather which is out of anyone's control.

The tour was well-planned and well-executed. It could have been the best tour of our vacation, but for the weather. Rain and clouds completely obscured our view of Mt. Fuji. And the wet and cold spoiled all the fun.

The content of the day was outstanding. The variety of transportation was very interesting. We were very fortunate that on Monday 29 April 2024 Station 5 of Mount Fuji was open for the first time in six months. Our guide was absolutely excellent and very informative and attentive.

It was a very bad experience, we got up at dawn to nothing. They take us to a village just to spend money, lunch was at 10.30 in the morning, then they take us to a cable car that goes up and down in a hurry without stopping to see the landscape and no Mount Fuji despite it being a sunny day binito. The boat ride is a ridiculous 200 meters for English to see and nothing of Mount Fuji. It is a very poor quality tourist trap. This Japan Panoramic Tours company is a disgrace.

The guide, Ken, was very friendly, efficient and shared a lot of his knowledge of Japan with us during the day. The driver Watanabe was very efficient and drove us well and safely. The lunch was a lovely option and I’m glad I took it. Mount Fuji was shrouded in cloud but we could catch glimpses of it. It is beautiful. The final leg back to Tokyo was on the Shinkansen which was a joy and not to be missed. All in all an excellent day out and excellent value for money.
