Start your tour at the Sihlquai Bus Station in Zurich. Set off for an exciting day traveling over the Albis Pass and along the shores of Lake Lucerne to the enchanting city of Lucerne.
Stop At: Lake Lucerne, Lucerne Switzerland
Take in the views during a short photo stop en route at either Lake Lucerne or at the Lion Monument.
Duration: 10 minutes
Stop At: Old Town Lucerne, Altstadt, Lucerne 6002 Switzerland
Once arriving in Lucerne, enjoy a brief orientation drive, where your guide points out the main attractions of this charming town like the Chapel Bridge, the Town Hall, the Jesuit Church and the Culture and Congress Centre. Enjoy the following time at leisure to stroll through Lucerne's beautiful Old Town.
Duration: 50 minutes
Stop At: Pilatus Luzern, Schlossweg 1, Kriens, Lucerne 6010 Switzerland
Continuation to Kriens, where you take the panoramic gondola and aerial cable car to the top of Mount Pilatus at 7000 feet (2132 meters). Enjoy some time at leisure admiring breathtaking views over the surrounding mountains and lakes. Venture down the Dragon's Path and make the short hike to the summit before descending Mount Pilatus to Alpnachstad by cogwheel railway. At a gradient of 48% it is the world's steepest!

Stop At: Lake Lucerne, Lucerne Switzerland
Your summer alpine adventure concludes with a picturesque boat ride across lovely Lake Lucerne to Lucerne.

Marcel was a wonderful guide, explaining every detail with fun and enthusiasm. Great trip. Great bus and driver. A cloudy day but was a wonderful experience. Pilatus is a great mountain to explore.

Marcel the guide made the trip along with great bus driver Elias (sp) Marcel was so informative and attentive explaining everything! he went above and beyond. Time at each location was just right. Although the weather was iffy we still had a great time. Outstanding tour!!!

Views on the way to the mountain were nice, however from the top you could not see anything because of the clouds. The guide was very friendly!

We had an amazing time during our day trip to Mt. Titlis and Lucerne. Our tour guide Fernando Herrera was extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. The timing of everything was perfect!

It was ok....due to snow the cog wheel train and the Dragon's Walk were both closed. While the tour guide was good, the $190 fee for the trip was very expensive and not worth it because we missed half the things the tour promised.

Very nice day trip from Zurich. Great way to see more of Switzerland. Mount Pilatus was beautiful and the highlight of the trip. Only thing I wish is that there a stop maybe at small town or family home/farm alone the way to see how the average person in the country lives.

I was traveling solo to Zurich for work and decided to take this day trip to Mount Pilatus & Lake Lucerne. I wanted something easy so I would not have to stress about trains and admission tickets etc whilst being jet lagged. This tri was perfect! The pickup spot is super easy to find across from Zurich HB. The tour bus was clean and comfy. Our driver did an amazing job. Our tour guide Vladimir was amaizng!! He was super friendly, informative, and fluent in a lot of languages so everyone could get the info they needed! We had enough time in Lucerne to wander, get a coffee, take some photos. Mount Pilatus was absolutely gorgeouos. I managed to take all the trails to get good views of both peaks, and hiked down toward this random church. It was great. I would absolutely recommend this day trip.

Lars our tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. The driver was Mimo who was also excellent. We had a detour and he was able to maneuver in a very tiny road and made it on time. The bus was clean and comfortable.
The tour started in Zurich. Lars gave us an overview of Zurich. Our first stop was Rigi which was beautiful. We went to Luzern and had adequate time for pictures and to walk along chapel bridge. We continued to Pilatus by cable car. Had a great time there. Amazing views. Make sure you have comfortable shoes and layers. There is some part which is a little chilly. We went went down thru a train then completed the golden triangle with a boat ride to Luzern. Drove back to Zurich. Everyone was in time. We met new friends. This is a must if you are visiting Switzerland. We have some trips with Tour of Switzerland. Staff also gave great tips where to go. They were not just selling.
