We were five young girls and did a three day dessert tour with Mohammed and it was so so perfect! He booked the best tents for our stay and he did everything for us to feel comfortable. We would definetly recommend a tour with Mohammed!

Two friends and I booked an unforgettable private 9 day driving tour from Marrakech to Fez with Morocco Trip Tours. From the start, the company provided a level of service that went above and beyond. For instance, even though our trip wasn't scheduled to start for a few days, Ali Mohammad, company owner, picked us up at the airport, took us to our riad, and gave us a brief orientation. Arriving early, was a great idea for us as we had to adjust to a 9-time zone difference.
The morning our trip started; Ali Mohammad met us promptly on time in a very new, very comfortable Toyota Landcruiser. Our itinerary took us across up and over the Atlas Mountains, through the Rose Valley, trekking with camels, hiking through gorges, and into small oasis villages. We stayed in beautiful riads, kasbahs and rustic wall tents. Ali Mohammad was very personable, patient and kind. He shared his culture, music and jokes. He welcomed and encouraged great conversation and answered my many questions about family life and customs in Morocco, Berber and Muslim cultures.
At the end of the trip, I felt as though I met a new friend. Having travelled far and wide across the world, I would not hesitate to recommend booking a trip with this company. My experiences with this company were nothing short outstanding.

I will definitely recommend this trip to my friends and family. My wife and I and a friend were interested in seeing and experiencing both the natural and cultural environment of Morocco. Our Berber guide Mohamed Alla was personable, attentive, patient (we're older folks) and quite knowledgeable in all respects. We were particularly interested in learning the history, ethnic and other cultural aspects of the region. Mohamed is originally from a local Berber village, which provided a wonderful perspective in explaining local life and history. He speaks good English in addition to being fluent in Berber, Arabic and French. All overnight and meal accommodations were clean, friendly, and enjoyable. The trip, including transportation and field trips was well-paced so as to not be over-tiring.
We totally enjoyed the short hikes through gorges, and through the forest to observe the macaque monkeys in their natural environment. The highlight of our trip was riding camels through the Sahara dunes at dusk as the stars were coming out to arrive at our overnight accommodations at a luxury tent camp. Glamping at it's best!
Thank you so much Mohamed!

My husband, a friend, and I just finished an 8 day private tour with Mohamed Alla, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From my first contact with Mohamed in early summer to organize our trip until we bid farewell, he was responsive, attentive, flexible, and helpful in all respects. As an Amazigh, Mohamed shared so much of his culture, art, and traditions which made our trip through the Atlas Mountains and southern Morocco especially meaningful. The riads he chose for us were comfortable and clean, and the staff were welcoming. Our camel excursion into Erg Chebbi started at sunset and was the highlight of the trip for me, as we swayed with the camels’ steps and watched the stars appear over the dunes. Without doubt, I would recommend Mohamed to anyone wanting a phenomenal adventure in Morocco.

Mohamed Alla (founder and principal of Morocco Ecotours) planned and led a custom 7-day, 6-night trip for my extended family of 9 (ages 18 to 63). We had a marvelous, unforgettable experience and could not have asked for a better guide! Based on our pre-trip correspondence, Mohamed worked out a custom Marrakech-High Atlas (with hiking trek in the Rose Valley) -Sahara (with 2-day camel trek)- Ifrane -Fes itinerary that suited our diverse interests and special requests. He made great choices in selecting accommodations and entertainment, whenever possible routing us off the beaten path. He remained flexible throughout the trip, making adjustments in response to unplanned surprises and our family tendency to run late and ask too many questions (!) He proved to be great company throughout -- good-humored, patient, kind, and dedicated to our family's well-being. As a native of the Atlas Mountains himself and a very experienced tour operator, he generously shared his knowledge of Amazigh (Berber) culture and local history and ecology. (Thank you, Momo!)

Mohammed has been way more than our very reliable driver. Mohammed acted as our Tour guide in addition. He made everything possible also for the Kids regarding Special Food requests etc. Always friendly, always punctual, always eager to help, always knowledgeable about People, culture, history and landscapes of Marocco.
We travelled from Marrakesh to Erg Chebbi in the Sahara over Ouzzazate, drove up to Fez and from there over Casablanca to Essaouira.
We can highly recommend Marocco in general and Mohammed more specifically.
