Karl was an amazing tour guide! My boyfriend and I had been on Segways before and it was just us on the tour; Karl let us really cruse around the city. He was extremely knowledgeable and I liked how we stopped at places while he told us about them verse talking as we rode. We had a wonderful time, would definitely recommend the tour to anyone.

My wife and I went on this Segway tour September 5, 2023. This was the most fun tour we did in Germany. I can't say enough good things about the guide or the staff. I learned so much and fell in love with Munich. These Segways are really a lot of fun to ride and the places the guide took us to was amazing. I would recommend this experience to everyone visiting Munich.

First time on a segway! This tour was awesome!! Canaan was our tour guide and Dan helped get everyone ready with helmets, etc… The guys were really friendly and spent time on safety and making sure that everyone felt comfortable on the Segway before we went on the tour. Canaan was very knowledgeable— it was a very fun day!!

This was a super fun way to get an overview of Munich. The people at Fat Tire Tours are friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, and communicative.
Neither my cousin nor myself had been on a Segway before. They gave us plenty of time to learn it. (She's late 40's and I'm late 50's so you don't have to be young!) You'll be surprised how quickly you feel comfortable on the Segway.
They had sunscreen for us. Bring a bottle of water or you can purchase one there. Comfy shoes are a must.
Book this tour and enjoy!

Always try to take a tour when visiting a new city as we find it a great way to explore and learn quickly. Love the Segway experience too, so this was ideal for us. Our guide was outstanding, very knowledgeable and full of interesting and quirky facts about Munich, its history and architecture.
We managed to cover a lot of ground mostly in fine weather, only to get caught in a torrential storm for the final fifteen minutes or so. No matter, despite getting soaked through, we had a great time and would highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful team at Fat Tyre Tours. Well done and thanks again!

Dan taught us how to ride a Segway in minutes! Dan also gave us the most engaging crash course in Bavarian/Germany history. This was an incredible experience. My daughter and I made memories and new friends that will last a lifetime. I look forward to our next Segway tour and hope that Mary from Australia will read this review and book a tour!!!
