Passenger Policy
1. This is an adventure. Ocean conditions can vary and may and may turn rough at times. It may not be suitable for some folks (all physically challenged individuals are subject to captain's discretion).
2. Not recommended for individuals who have/had back problems, recent surgeries, or suffer from severe motion sickness (no refunds are given for seasickness). Seasickness is best prevented with an over-the-counter remedy.
3. No expectant mothers.
4. Children must be 5 years or older.
5. All tour routes and destinations are subject to change without notice. Ocean conditions can and will sometimes turn rough. Snorkeling depend on ocean conditions.
6. Cancelled tours by Holo Holo Charters are fully refundable or gladly rescheduled.
7. "No shows" or any cancellation within 24-hours of check-in time is subject to a 100% charge of the total fare including tax.
8. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
9. We reserve the right to refuse service.
10. Mobility aids such as canes, walkers, crutches, wheelchairs, etc. are not allowed on board.
11. We do not land on shore.
12. Non-swimmers are not allowed in the water.
13. Full-face snorkel masks are not allowed; guests are required to use traditional two-piece snorkel and mask sets.
14. If you do not have your prescribed medication with you, i.e. Inhalers, EpiPens, diabetic medication and/or any other daily medications, you must reschedule your tour to another day.
15. No smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes.
16. You should bring your own towels, sunscreen, a light jacket and camera. We will provide everything else.
17. All tours are "Bare-Foot". Passengers will remove their shoes prior to boarding. Only orthopedic/diabetic exceptions will be made at captain's direction.
18. In accordance with our liquor license, guests may not bring their own alcohol and IDs are required for age verification. Intoxicated guests will not be served and may be denied boarding. Alcohol will be served only after snorkeling on applicable tours.
19. No coolers or drones/unmanned aircraft allowed on-board.
20. Spray-on/aerosol sunscreen is a safety hazard and may not be used on-board the vessels. We encourage using reef-friendly sunscreens.
21. Our vessels are equipped with sensitive marine heads (toilets) that clog easily. Do not flush anything other than what your body produces and the toilet paper we provide.
22. Please use Holo Holo parking lot only or your car will be towed.
As a company that puts sustainability at the forefront of goals, we request you bring your own reusable water bottle with you on tour.

The sailing trip was so fun! We had a windy day but it was still so much fun. The two mates were amazing and the captain “in training”, so funny, both were great (they both were). Saw a lot of fish and dolphins it was so fun.

Great trip! Gorgeous views, fun snorkeling, good food, and an amazing crew. Lots of good information was provided, and we saw dozens of dolphins and a few whales! This activity was well worth the money.

We had a wonderful experience! The captain, co-captain, and crew were super friendly and fun. They gave us all sorts of history and facts about the island, and were very attentive throughout. It gets quite windy on the boat, so pack a jacket/pants if you’re a person like me who is always cold :) It was a wonderful experience!

The snorkeling wasn't good. Very few fish etc to see. Didn't sail. Coast was awesome. Staff were great.

Unfortunately our trip got rerouted due to heavy surf, but the captain and crew still made it a memorable trip. They served breakfast, lunch, and drinks and the crew was very knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife. Was a fun time!

The weather wasn't the best, but it was a great 5 hour trip. Captain Mike was awesome, as well as the staff. The scenery was amazing. I would highly recommend this company!

Kelly, Luke, and Kim all insured that we had an incredible experience. We were able to snorkel, see a pod of dolphins, and of course the magnificent Napali coastline. This experience was very memorable and one of my favorite experiences.

The whole crew is professional and well equipped to take care of the 39 people aboard. I felt safe and informed about the scenery around us. The changing weather and seas was masterfully handled.

This tour was awesome! When we first got there we were checked in quickly. Then the captain met with us and explained everything including that the weather was making the water choppy and that visiting the forbidden island might not happen. Due to the weather if we didn't want to go we had 2 options reschedule for a new day with no penalty or cancel altogether with no penalty we chose to go and were glad we did we were able to see 100 yes 100 dolphins and 4 whales and learned a lot. Unfortunately, we could not go to the island but they had a backup plan and we still got to snorkel. Due to that, we had to cut the trip short so without asking and no one complained they discounted our trip very customer-oriented. The crew was excellent and friendly would do this again.

Great day on catamaran (although real bummer we didnt sail!!!). The captain/crew were very good. The beer choices were terrible. Would've loved to have gone snorkeling along the Napali coastline but settled for some mediocre at best close in spot (no reef, no fish, poor visibility, etc.). The humpback whales were amazing, I've never seen so many, and we appreciate the extra time the captain took so we could get great pictures. It was REALLY wierd having breakfast after snorkeling. Sandwhich lunch was OK but nothing fancy, pasta salad was good. That being said, there are many options in Port Allen and you should check them all out.
