Food has been the focus of our recent trip to New Orleans. One of the things we were most excited about was learning how to cook some of our favorite dishes. Chef Maria talked us through the recipes for gumbo, jambalaya, and bananas foster and then set us up at our stations. We cooked, we drank wine, we got to know our fellow cooks, and the food was delicious! Definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Learning how to make a perfect Roux. Meeting new friends & Chef Terri with her staff was exceptional. Also learning some history about New Orleans & the people who call it home

I had a great time. Food that was made was delicious. Very detailed instructions. I loved the gumbo. The banana fosters had a little too much alcohol for my liking but everything was phenomenal

Our meal was delicious, the instructor knowledgeable and the staff courteous. Best part was sharing the experience with my son. And getting to know the others in our small cooking cohort was super fun.

Chef Tom was amazing and made us all feel so comfortable, no matter our level of cooking skill. Not only did he walk us through the steps of each recipe but also explained why we were doing it. Every dish was delicious and we all shared a lovely meal together at the end.
