At the recommendation of my brother and sister-in-law, we booked our walking tour with Two Chicks Walking Tour. Christine was a great guide. She had a great pace, answered all of our questions, and gave us great history about the Garden District. She always tries to stop and talk in the shade so that you stay cooler. She builds a break into the tour at The Chicory House where there are bathrooms, and you can get a drink. There is also a well know bookstore in this building too. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend booking with Two Chicks Walking Tours.

Loved this tour. Loved it. My wife and I were packing in a busy first visit to New Orleans and this was one of three tours we took that day. Hands down the best tour. Betsy was knowledgeable, very funny, and patient with our group. You could feel the genuine love and care she had for preserving and respecting this beautiful piece of New Orleans history. The architecture was breathtaking, Betsy was informative, had limitless information to share, and did it in a way that made 2 hours fly by. Even the locals we came across on our walk showed that they knew and respected Betsy, our fearless leader. Highly recommend her and this tour, she is a personification of all of the best things in NOLA, history, preserverance through all things, compassion and empathy, preservation of history good and bad, kindness towards all, "galleries" are just fancier porches. For a guy who knows nothing about architecture but pretends to enjoy it for his wife, she genuinely opened my eyes and held my interest the entire time, and beyond. Thanks! Go Zion!

Betsey was a knowledgable, humorous and entertaining guide. I especially liked her fish earrings! It’s a great tour in such a lovely area of New Orleans. The establishment of the Garden District was fascinating and gave us a better understanding of this very special city and its people.
