It was awful. It was not at all as represented. All we were given for 2 hours was water, then a cold dinner that was awful. There was hair in my food. Little plastic cups for water or the 2 kinds of soft drinks they served, plastic spoons they broke when you tried to use them. It was not festive for New Years Eve, although we paid $200/person for a NYE dinner cruise. Buying this through Tripadvisor and Viator, I expected a quality experience. I was extremely disappointed that such an awful experience was offered on these sites!

It’s was really horrible!!! Not worth what we paid for!!! The boat was trash!!! I want my money back!! I will start a legal action, what you offer is completely different that hat you get.

IT was not very pleasant experience, local tour operators sold more tickets than they can place people, they finally found space on very old boat, they split our group of 10 people, 4 were seating on the top and 6 on the bottom. Music was playing very very loud above our tables, it was very smelly downstairs, nowbody pay attention to our complains, all primary tables were taken by their friend, but we saw New Year fireworks. Also I ask people there how much they pay , only $55 versus $ 115 we pay to Viator !

It was a boat trip through dubai in the new year 2019, with a nice dinner and lots of music. In the New Year's Eve we saw the fireworks from close up, it was an incredible experience. Seeing the fireworks inside a ship was unforgettable. We highly recommend the tour

Nessuno ho pagato tantissimo per stare ad un tavolo con altre persone che non conoscevo con bicchieri e posate di plastica buffet da fare pietà non lo consiglio veramente

Ottimo come prima esperienza a Dubai bravi nell' assistenza perché e un tour di capodanno ed a Dubai e un casino mi hanno aspettato perché c'era traffico per arrivare.cibo e tipico non aspettatevi spaghetti e lasagne e la musica tipica un ottima osservazione per la fine dell'anno contante barche e fuochi da per tutto peccato che lo shampagne promesso non me lo hanno dato

pessima serata ! ci avete rovinato il capodanno !!! spostati di 2 barche da quella iniziale e non ci è stata data una motivazione , fuochi visti da 10 km di distanza e non come indicate nelle vostre foto ! sempre stati dentro al creek senza uscire al largo per avvicinarsi a vedere i fuochi ! mangiare pessimo , e non c'era quanto voi scrivete ! si doveva avere un certo abbigliamento come da voi richiesto e ci siamo ritrovati in mezzo a persono vestite da straccioni e altro ... dunque vendete e promettete il falso !!! pessima esperienza ! da dimenticare !! speso soldi per niente !!!!!!

Ich habe eine Silvester Gala Reise auf dem Greek mit dem Schwerpunk Feuerwerk am Burj Khalifa gebucht. Wir wurden aber in gegenentsetze Richtung auf dunkles Meer rausgefahren und haben uns unter unwürdigen Bedingungen vier Stunden quellen müssen. Kurze Beschreibung der Tour: - Zuerst haben wir in langen Schlange zum Bott „Unique“ gewartet mit vielleicht hundert andern Leuten. Alles dort war chaotisch und unorganisiert. - Nach circa dreißig Minuten Wartezeit wurden die Leute die bei „Viator“ gebucht haben aus der Schlange abgeholt und wir mussten vier hundert Meter zum anderen Schiff (OBEROI) gehen. - Dort haben wir Innenplätze zugewiesen bekommen. Die Musik war so laut, dass man sich gar nicht unterhalten konnte. Alles war dreckig und alt. Die Bedingung war in schmutzigen Straßen Kleidung und wir sollen dort in schicker Kleidung erscheinen. - Das Schiff ist auf unruhiges Meer gefahren, hat dann aber umgedreht und ist in einen Industrie- Kanal reingefahren. Dort war kein Burj Khalifa kein Stadtpanorama halt Garnichts zu sehen. Nur dunkle Nacht. - Um Mittelnacht wollten die Leute nach dem Feuerwerk Ausschau halten und sind alle auf eine Seite des Bootes gedrungen, da hat das Boot Schieflage bekommen und wäre beinah umgekippt. - Anstatt um ein Uhr sind wir erst um zwei Uhr zurück in die Stadt gebracht worden. Das bestellte Taxi war weggefahren und wir durften zurück zum Hotel zu Fuß gehen. Es ist ein Skandal. Wir sind der Massen entsetzt und enttäuscht. Wir sind extra deswegen nach Dubai geflogen und mussten sowas dort über sich ergehen lassen.
