I failed to read all that was on offer, and didn’t expect the guided walking tour, even though it was expertly received, I found I could have done want I wanted for £80 cheaper, thus this was the guild cost. Next time check

We book this trip then the company canceled on us 30 min before our meeting time stating the guide had a family emergency. I was told we would get an immediate refund because I would have to book something else. My trip was supposed to be in April and today I'm still fighting this company about a refund. I had to reverse the charge on my credit card and they are trying to fight it. I will never again book through Trip advisor

For the price I would not do it again. Average experience. Tour guide was not very knowledgeable and was unable to answer many questions. If I would go again I would not purchase the tour. I would do the Journey behind that fall and the boat ride independently.

We enjoyed our tour with Joanne. She was very knowledgeable. Met at meeting place no problem. A lot of walking, so be prepared. The boat ride was great along with the journey behind the falls.

Valariee B. was our guide and she was so delightful and informative! She used to be a teacher and you could tell! She was great at keeping the group together and making my first Niagara experience a blast. Very grateful I went with a tour group so I could learn about the wonderful history and enjoy the adventure worry-free.
Shoes did not get as soaked as I thought they would. Wear tall rain boots if you can if you go when it's not too hot out, if you're over 5'3 the poncho will not be very helpful keeping your pants dry. Keep an extra outfit in the car for the drive home just in case!
