Yuca is a delight! She is so friendly and sweet. We had a wonderful time and the end result was delicious. This was at a beautiful home in the suburbs and we were joined with a few other friendly couples. Great for English speaking travelers who want a taste of the local cuisine.

We had so much fun cooking with Yuca in her home! It was very organized and easy to follow the instructions (thankfully we have the recipe and notes from class that we got to take home as well) 😊 The ramen and gyoza both turned out delicious!! Can't wait to make them at home 🍜🥟

Yesterday, I went to a cooking class with my dad and sister, and it was so much fun! We learned how to make gyoza and ramen. YUCa, our teacher, was really nice and explained everything clearly. She was so kind and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. We got to try making our own gyoza and ramen, and mine turned out pretty good! The best part was eating what we made. It was delicious, and I felt proud of myself. I can't wait to try making these dishes at home. I definitely want to go back for another class! It is a highlight of our trip to Tokyo.

The class was amazing, Yuca was so warming and welcoming, giving excellent advice and making everybody feel involved in the class. The end product of ramen and gyozas were delicious and I’ll be sure to take the recipes home with me, as well as the tips and tricks about what to buy at the Asian grocery store!

YUCa’s cooking class was amazing! I can not say enough positive things. We were welcomed into her home to make an incredible meal. She explained everything well, and we got hands on experience making each dish. The food was so good! My favorite cooking class I’ve done so far. I highly recommend taking one of her classes if you are looking for something fun to do. I would totally go back!

Yuca's class was an incredibly experience and easily one of the highlights of our trip for the whole family. Our 8 year old claimed it was his favorite thing we did. Yuca welcomed us into her beautiful home/cooking studio and taught us how to make Ramen & Gyoza. The food was incredibly and we loved how hands on we got to be. Thank you Yuca!

Yuca’s ramen and gyoza class was fantastic! Yuca welcomed us into her home for the class with 5 other students. She taught us a delicious Tokyo style ramen that I think will be quite doable for us to replicate at home. (I only wish I had thought to look for the large “tea bags” while in Japan). Yuca also made gyoza very approachable. With Yuca’s instruction, I was able to fold the gyoza into a respectable looking dumpling! In all, we had a lot of fun, learned a lot and had a delicious meal at Yuca’s class.

Yuca is very friendly and makes sure that everyone contributes to the process of cooking! The ramen prepared during the class was delicious, the gyoza as well!
