One day that is all for you!
We will spend a beautiful day together in a paradise spot starting with a Welcome Circle which will included introductions, a guided meditation and we will have a little intention setting ritual.
From there we will flow in to a gentle Hatha Yoga class which will include a lovely long self-love meditation.
The class will be outside on a beautiful deck with an incredible view and just the sounds of the ocean, the birds and the feel of the gentle breeze -heaven!
After this we will enjoy some lovely tropical fruits which will be provided for you.
From here we will flow to the next part which will be where you will learn how to give a basic water massage (in the incredible pool there).I will guide you through this, starting on land in the lovely gardens and then moving to the pool :)
We will then break for lunch and enjoy a delicious vegan lunch made with fresh local ingredients.
After you´ve had a chance to rest and enjoy the pool we will move on to our art session,again on the terrace,where you will learn how to create a meditation mandala.
We will finish with a sharing circle + then you can stay and watch the incredible sunset thereif you wish :)

I had such a lovely time. I got to meet and know and connect with other women on a deeper level in a space held and guided by Jojo with music and creative expression and delicious satvic food. And then we all got to take care of each other by doing a shared aguarhara activity. We learned about goddesses and discussed our connections with them, moved our bodies, did self-affirming rituals. It was such a special day. Thank you so so much Jojo!

This one day retreat was absolutely beautiful and just what I needed! A wonderful opportunity to relax, release, and connect more deeply with yourself. And to connect with other women, so many beautiful and powerful connections made ✨💕 Jojo held the space so beautifully and took care of us all day - with delicious nourishing food, beautiful music, and above all her nurturing presence. The aguahara activity was absolutely MAGICAL!!! Something I think everyone should get to experience at least once in their life ✨ Thank you Jojo, for a magical day.

Masaje dentro del agua único. El día formidable. Solo trabajaría en una comida con más formalidad. Para que todo sea excelente. Siempre hay que ir mejorando
