They gave me a bike with a loose derailleur. It came off half way through the ride when I switched gears. I almost got thrown off and luckily jumped off just in time. When I was in the store, another person came in with a broken bike. It was scary to see them giving these dangerous bikes to families with kids.
To return the bike, I had to carry the bike on my shoulders for 5 blocks to get a cab at the nearest park exit. The front desk staff held my ID hostage until I paid the $76 fee to fix the bike. The corporate staff told me it was my fault for not noticing the issue earlier.
What is a customer to do, expect a good quality product? Try not to get injured on a defective product? Not having to pay for the defect? Just avoid this place.

The tour was so great and our guide Eddy told us a lot of things about the Brooklyn Bridge and the history with so much passion.
If you visit New York and you like cycling, this tour is a must.

Inbegrepen bij de deal was een fietstas/mand en kaart. Beide niet gehad, de hele dag met een loodzware tas om m'n schouder gefietst. Was beter af geweest met een citybike. De fiets was wel geweldig.

Check-in rapide, vélos très bien entretenus. Nous avions réservé pour 4h et sommes arrivés à l ouverture (plutôt recommandé). Personnel efficace et aimable. Idéalement placé près de Central Park.

Fijne elektrische fietsen gehuurd. Heel Manhattan en Central Park doorgefietst.
Er zat een knop op de fiets waardoor je helemaal niet hoefde te trappen
