Jose did a great job of showing the highlights of San Juan along with great historical perspectives. This was a great Segway adventure and we would highly recommend it.

We took our second tour with Jose back in November of 2023. Just as much fun as our first tour in 2008. Only shore excursion I would do over again every time we visit San Juan. We covered more in 2 hours than you could see in 2 days on foot. You really appreciate the Segway coming down hill from the Old Fort watching the other tourists panting and sweating walking up hill to see the fort on an 87 degree day.

1st time getting on a Segway. It was actually pretty easy and lots of fun! You get a crash course on how to properly use them. The tour guide was informative and we learned alot. Wear sunscreen and comfortable shoes!

Using the Segway for the tour was the best thing we could have done. Getting familiar with the Segway was easy after five minutes on the machine. Rolling through the uphill streets was much easier on the Segway than walking.
The tour guide was excellent. He was able to give us more insight into the Water Gate and the influence of the Church.
Will definitely do again when in Puerto Rico. Highly recommended!!

What an amazing experience. 2nd time in Old San Juan and this was an absolutely fantastic way to see the city highlights. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We passed people walking and many said “oh, that’s smart!” Save your feet and explore the city in a fun and efficient way!

I loved how they gave us practice time on the Segway prior to the actually doing the tour which was super nice to get comfortable with the Segway. The tour we went on was super beautiful and the tour guide was super friendly.

My 12-year-old son and I really enjoyed this tour. We were first timers on the Segway but picked it up quickly. It’s very easy to ride. We went all over San Juan and enjoyed the scenery and history of the area. Our tour guide was awesome and shared a lot of knowledge. He also took a few photos of us and that’s always special. This was my son’s favorite thing we did in Puerto Rico. I highly recommended this tour.

This tour goes over narrow and uneven cobblestone roads with cars on one side and high curbs on the other. Plus traffic. This wasn’t my first Segway tour. I’ve done many and never had any issues. Despite that I crashed TWICE into the high curbs and am at this moment not sure of the extent of my injuries despite being able to walk away. For sure ruined the rest of my trip with knee and hip pain. I think These are smaller / less stable models than I’ve been on before as well. In addition the tour guide spent most of the time telling stories with political leanings and about how oppressed the local folks are by the US. Not what we paid to hear or experience ! Beware and if you go and don’t feel safe - walk away . The guide been laughed at the beginning telling us he’s seen broken bones. That’s BEFORE I crashed . Afterwards he showed zero concern for my welfare .
My advice is to avoid Segway in Puerto Rico

Jose was an excellent Segway instructor and tour guide. We loved learning how to maneuver the cobblestone streets of old San Juan and were able to cover a lot of territory! Jose’s knowledge of and perspective of history were open, honest and very informative. We highly recommend this tour!
