Staff was very friendly and the E bikes were fun to ride. My wife and I had a great time riding the trails and in old downtown Scottsdale.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We rented too late in the day and into the early night. The bikes did not have tail lights so there was concern about visibility riding at night. We rented for two hours, but the one hour would have been plenty for us.

It was ok. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. But we booked at 7p to miss the heat. We didn't realize it would be too dark to really see anything. Also riding these bikes isn't that difficult, but being on them for the first time, on the road at night in an unfamiliar place was not exactly comfortable. I think early in the morning would have been much better.

Being able to choose which time frame we wanted to rent for was nice.
I must admit, I was worried about being scammed!.
We arrive at the lot early. THANK GOD they had signage!!!
Both reps were polite, cordial and friendly.
They gave us the run down. Then, they allowed us to practice. They gave us tips on how to handle the devices. They gave us a complimentary bottle of water.
After reassuring us that we were ready, they pointed us in the direton we asked about
The machines worked and ran well. We had no issues.
