Olympic Games workout was a really fun and cool activity. Our 10 year old son especially liked it. It's a much needed change for the kids, after visiting museums. Our trainer Dean was very knowledgable and fun. We learned interesting facts about the Olympic sports and the race in the Panathenaic stedium was a cherry on top. Highly recommend

This is an experience that you don’t want to miss! Our guide Evi was a fitness expert but she catered towards all levels of fitness. My daughter has a broken wrist and was still able to participate and have a great time. We learned all about the ancient games, how to throw discus, javelin and shot put and then of course the highlight was racing around the track in the Olympic stadium. This is ideal for all levels of fitness and really unique. I highly recommend!

We had a great few hours learning the history of the Olympic Games in Greece while working out 'on location'. Our teenage kids loved it too. We fully recommend this activity for families travelling to Athens.

We came as a group of 4 old school friends of varying fitnesses. CATHERINE with a K or with a C (it doesn't matter) was a fantastic host. The games were a right laugh and it was great to run round the Olympic stadium. It was lighthearted but we made it competitive. Catherine was very knowledgeable and spent time to tell us historical information and pitched it at the right level for us. It wasn't intense and anyone could take part really. We got to use and learn the technique on real javelin and discuss. The pentathalon was shotput, javelin (both with training equipment), standing long jump (which was harder than it looks), in the training area nearby then the finalie was the 100m and 400m events in the Olympic stadium to end. Oh you have to pay 10 euro to get in there or 5 euro for students.
It was a right laugh. As with anything, the company made it

Our favorite activity we booked in Athens! My husband and I had a blast trying out Olympic sports and running on the Panathenaic track. Our tour guide truly made the experience what it was and I cannot say enough good things about her and this tour.

Really great tour/workout for our family of three. We all loved it, especially our athletic 10 year-old. We learned a little about the history of the Olympics, received some training on the javelin, discus, shot put and long jump, and then walked to the stadium and ran a few laps.

Fun hands on learning of Olympic history and super knowledgeable of athletics. Also introduced us to a culinary treasure the oregano potato chips. Wish we had those in the states. Had a ball!

Loli was a great coach and introduced us to the early games of the Olympiad, encouraging a healthy competition between myself and my spouse as we sampled the different sports. The exercise was light and fun, especially right in the cool morning. Touring the original stadium at the end was breathtaking much like the Acropolis. We did not get to do a run around the track due to a concert being prepared, but it was still awesome!
