It was really good, well worth the money. Hotel pick up /lunch provided. The only thing I can say that was not so good was the drop off at the end of the day. We were dropped off on the other side of a bridge and had to then find out way back to the hotel, note it has been a long day and we were tired and sunburnt. Luckily as it's Laos New Year plenty of water being thrown around.

Great day outing. Kayaking was easy and really enjoyable. The Zip lining was about eight short bits, which were completely enjoyable.

Great experience with knowledgeable and fun guides. Full day of activities but the guides took their time and didn’t rush the group.

The tour guide didn’t show up even though the tour was paid for in advance. We waited 2 hours for them not to show up.
I had to re book with another guide on the day which took hours out of our day.

Our family did this tour and really enjoyed it. It's a bit confusing from this listing, but you are booking with the company Wonderful Tours Laos - I think Trippest is a middle man. We ended up in a group of 8 for the day and were picked up directly from our hotel after a 30 minute delay. You start with a 6km kayak with great views of the surrounding mountains. The tandem kayaks did not have backs for the person sitting in front (which seems pretty standard in Vang Vieng), so by the end you were a bit uncomfortable. You then go tubing in a cave and for those who have elected ziplining (optional when booking in person), you are able to do this at the Wonderful Tours site along the river. Ziplining was our family's favorite activity, so highly recommend including it - you go on a total of 10 ziplines through the mountains! The tour finishes with a 3km kayak back to town. Two of us were 60/70 years old and were exhausted by the end.
Also - the description online says that you do river tubing, but we did not do that.

The actual excursions were fun. However it only went until 2 when it’s supposed to go to 6-6:30. We also had to wait for the bus at the end of the kayaking for quite some time. Overall it’s good but there are definitely better tours in Vang Vieng that have similar and more excursions to do.
