Open Seating passengers weighing more than 250 pounds (113 kg) will be charged an additional fee. Open seating passengers exceeding 300 pounds (136 kg) will be charged for an additional seat. Both fees are payable directly to the supplier on the day of the tour.
An individual First Class passenger’s weight must not exceed 180 pounds (81 kg). The combined weight of two First Class passengers must not exceed 345 pounds (156 kg)
To allow maximum flexibility in your schedule, you are not required to choose a specific flight time when booking. You may choose your desired flight time upon reconfirmation. Please note that flight times are on a first-come, first-served basis
Near public transportation
The First Class option must be sold as a party of 2 only. If there are more than 2 adults in the party, a separate reservation must be made for the remaining members of the party.
A maximum of 4 people per helicopter.
We ask that guests be able to climb the three steps up into the aircraft.
Most travelers can participate
Minimum age of 3, to fly. Must be 12 or older to sit next to an open door.
Magnum Helicopters always flies with a full flight. If all four seats of the helicopter have not been sold the day before your scheduled flight we will contact you to reschedule. If unable to reschedule you will be given a full refund.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

BOOK IT!!!! This is your once-in-a-lifetime chance to take a helicopter ride over Hawaii, so don't worry about the price—just make the reservation! Anyways lol I went alone on the helicopter ride solo and it was a phenomenal experience! I did not bring a jacket or sun glasses but they provided one for me. I recommend wearing long pants and wear tennis shoes plus bring a jacket and sunglasses if you don’t want to use the ones they have. I got seated #3 seat and the wind was crazy but the view was worth the little sacrifice. Steven and Kiana were amazing workers and fun people. The pilots give a terrific tour across Hawaii. I’ll be scheduling again but with a partner next.

We have done many helicopter tours and I have to say that this one was absolutely wonderful. This was the first time we did the doors off experience and it we enjoyed it. We also loved he animated video that we purchased with the sports car. Thank you for adding to our vacation memories!

Awesome experience all around. The team were very warm and welcoming as well as professional and super safety conscious. This helped ease the nervous flyer in me! Highly recommend as the scenery exceeded all my expectations. And when they say to wear extra layers, believe them! They also had spare coats for those who didn’t have enough layers. My husband and I celebrated our 43rd Wedding Anniversary by taking an Open Door helicopter tour over Oahu.
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Hawaii. The views of Oahu from above were breathtaking. Our pilot, Shawn, just happened to be from Seattle and advised us about different landmarks along the flight and provided many opportunities to take photos.
Doors off is the way to go! Recommend Magnum Helicopters as the helicopter tour to do!

This was a once in a lifetime opportunity that I will not regret! So fun and exciting! There is no other way to experience the beauty of the island and I got to do it with my 71 year old mom.

Highly recommended as a way to gain a perspective of the island and ocean that you won't get from ground level. Also, it's an adventure! I do wish the headphones worked -- with the rush of wind and noise, you can't hear what anyone is saying.

Flying over the volcanoes and mountains. Seeing waterfalls and views of Pearl Harbour from above. We flew through a rainbow, had a once in a lifetime experience!

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Hawai’i! A must do if you can. The views of Oahu from above were breathtaking. Our pilot, Shawn, was very nice and tried to make sure we had many opportunities to take pictures. Would go again and again and again if I could. Our only complaint was it was hard to understand Shawn on the radio sometimes when he was telling us about locations.
