Orchid Airport Lei Greeting (Maui, Kahului Airport, OGG)

We received a beautiful fresh lei. The greeter was super friendly and very helpful. She made sure we knew our baggage claim and directed us to the car rental tram to make sure we knew how to get our rental car. I have used this company many times and always had Awesome experiences!

I am really bummed to have to write a negative review but I am super disappointed with this company. I bought this to surprise my family and our flight was cancelled the morning of. I tried to call the company but they "are not currently accepting calls" - WHAT? I sent them an email, and no response. It seems like really bad customer service if you cannot update the company of last minute changes (especially when it was the airlines that forced your plans to change.) Based on current airline reschedule and cancellation frequency, I would not recommend this company, due to their lack of communication.

Wouldn't do this again, save your money. Ordered 4 almost $200, no scent, not worth it. Vendor was not at bottom of escalator for brother's arrival as promised

I was excited to come back to Hawaii for the first time to where I was born, so I wanted to do everything. My parents always received leis when they came in the 60’s, and I wanted the same experience so I purchased this. The leis were pretty but only lasted 2hours before wilting horribly. We were met by someone and they gave them to us and said welcome but that was it. I did ask questions as to what they would recommend doing and they gave suggestions but for the price of this service, I feel like it was not worth it. I should have brought my own leis from when I was a child and would have been as satisfied.

Way to much money to be handed a Lei and sent on your way. Came down stairs saw a printed sign with one name paid for two. Sign was just a piece of paper with name.

This was our first visit to Maui. The leis were beautiful and fresh! The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. She told us how to make our leis last several days. She also showed us where to go for our rental car shuttle. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Lei, right there where they said they would be. Out of the whole plane only one other couple was greeted making me feel special! Nice way to start out our Hawaiian vacation.

Thank you so much! Greeter was waiting for us as we came down escalator to baggage claim. Was my granddaughters first trip to Hawaii and we all loved the fresh lei greeting!

We are extremely happy that our lei’s were waiting for us with our guest host! THANK YOU for changing our reservation and surprising us because we didn’t know if we were going to receive our lei’s since we were a day late in arriving to Maui, due to air plane troubles in Ft. Worth, TX. The lei’s are extremely beautiful and such a great experience. Family Vacation 2023 is off to a GREAT start!!
