Really good fun. Quite pricey but they created a really fun and engaging atmosphere. You also get to eat the pasta afterwards! Mmm!

Lovely experience! It was so much fun to make the pasta, and with great instruction and hands on experience we can’t wait to make this for friends at home! The wines were good and went well with each course. White to drink while cooking, rosè with appetizers, red with the pasta and red sauce (yum!) and a primitivo with the biscotti! Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this experience in Lecce. The hosts were very welcoming and we were treated with a selection of wines and some delicious appetisers. However the highlight of this was making the famous Apulia Orecchiette pasta. The atmosphere was fabulous and we had an amazing time making the pasta and later eating it. Highly recommended.

The class was fun learning to make the Orichetti and even better when you got to eat what you made for lunch. The class included a wine tasting with 4 fantastic regional wines with the host explaining each one. Nice appetizers accompanied the wine tasting. Great little restaurant that I plan to go back many times on my trip. I highly recommend this tour and restaurant.

This was one of our favorite experiences while in Italy! You start with an hour with a local using your hands to make pasta from 3 simple ingredients. Then while the pasta cooks they present a wine tasting of 4 wines each paired with something to eat during the second hour. It feels like two experiences blended into one while also leaving you with a fantastically full belly after an amazing meal. During one of the wine tastings you eat the pasta you made!

This class was held at the back of a restaurant next to the toilets. The restaurant had a foul smell. After the pasta making class there was a wine tasting and pairing that was a joke. Don't waste your money.

What a fun experience!!
The process of making these ‘little ears’ is a little trickier than I expected, but once I got the hang of it, with patient help from the gracious staff, I felt like I was channeling my nonna!
Mine might not have been the best looking, but when we finished making the pasta we got to eat it… and it was delicious!
Don’t miss this experience!!
