Was fun learning with video instructions and a person to ask questions of. Nice time. Was in a little shop with inspiring origami to look at.

Great origami experience! David was very nice, helpful, and excellent on English/Japanese. We enjoyed our time at Taro and would love to come back next time we are in Tokyo.

Lovely chilled experience to do in amongst the chaos of such a big city. We were a family of 2 adults, 9 and 4 year old girls. The girls loved trying out all the different origami and the wall of paper was great for them to select from. All the little extras in the middle such as pens and googly eyes were welcomed too. My suggestion to make it even better would be to have a little explanation of some of the main folds used to help everyone get started. There was mention of books to look through too, would be great to see these. Overall, we had a brilliant time and I would recommend if you're after 45 mins of quiet, relaxing Japanese culture.

We had a great time and it was a very relaxed experience learning origami at our own pace due to the smart IT guides. David was very kind and as a he grew up in the US he was very easy to communicate with as we do not speak Japanese. An overall great experience suited for all interested in learning the basics of origami.

Had so much fun! Very interesting place to visit. Nice location - a walking distance from Sensoji temple, plus great view with Tokyo Skytree and Sumida river. If you’d like a fun experience in a relaxing atmosphere, this is the place to visit. After the activity, I dropped by Matsuchiyama shoden, another old temple nearby, which is also a great place to take a look.

We enjoyed folding origami at Taro‘s Orgami Studio. Unfortunately, there was only a how-to on a tablet without any further interaction with the person from the studio. We wished to get a more interactive class and would have been willing to pay more for a proper folding experience. Nevertheless, thank you for this first impression of folding origami :)

Great for a short introduction to origami with lots of different colors and types of origami paper. Very fun for kids and adults. The videos are easy to follow and there are varying difficulty levels so you can challenge yourself if you like.
