Visiting Osaka's Dotonbori River is a must.....one of our highlights. Along side this picturesque scene is a treasure trove full of more than a variety of stores to entertain you.

Japanese fashion is unique. Here see the wacky clothing and cool gadget stores.

The original bridge was made out of wood in the 1600's...more than 400yrs later it still stand but now made out of iron. It is at the very heart of Osaka and is known as the local meeting spot.

We'll guide you to hidden streets in this area where it has Japan's version of what they think America is. hahah, it even has a statue of liberty on top of a building

We'll step into some fish market stores that look unremarkable from the outside but when inside exposes seafood heaven. Watch a store cut and prepare a fugu(puffer fish). Learn how to cut a tuna.... Salmon sashimi is some of the best I've had in Japan.

After you'll get to experience cutting with these world famous knives of Sakai (made in the south of Osaka). This lesson is included in the price.

Had a fantastic time with a very friendly, knowledgeable and friendly Aussie tour guide named Tommy. Group of 8, leisurely pace, nothing too much trouble. Well worth it! He even helped us back to the right JR Rail platform at Namba Station so w could get back to the airport hotel!

This tour enabled us to get the most out of our time in Osaka. It was informative, engaging, and fun. It was an opportunity to try new things and get expert advice. We felt comfortable getting around the city on our own afterwards and now know so many places to eat, shop, and explore for the rest of our trip. We would highly recommend this tour as a city orientation.

Anna was an amazing tour guide. We have been on many walking tours all over the world and have never had such a kind, accomodating and happy tour guide. Our guide for our private, Shems, was quite knowledgeable about the various sites visited so it made our tour very interesting. Even those of us who had been to Osaka multiple times learned a few things. He was also very flexible and took into account what we wanted to do, including a sit down okonomiyaki lunch and a tasting of fugu. Our group of 8 had a great time. Thanks Shems!!
