The city tour should not be missed by anyone. So informative, a bit of history, a bit funny. The older man we had as a tour guide was just amazing. Without his commentary you would just be walking aimlessly through Oslo. I am so happy we did this tour, we got to know so much about historic figures and also the walk through Vigeland park was amazing. Thank you very much.

Nice and kind member crew, had to wait a little even though 15 min ahead, they start boarding like 5-10 min before take-off.
Boat goes extremely slow and mainly along the coast, not really worth it. Better in walking along the coast, but maybe just my impression.
So maybe good idea for elderly people 70y+

I loved this. When we went, it was rainy and not great weather but the tour continued. Our driver and guide were both great! They were knowledgable and it was a great drive! I enjoyed getting to see different parts of Oslo and the Ski jump and sculpture park were not things I would have toured or been able to learn about without this tour. It was also a smooth and easy transition to the Fjord cruise. The boat was very nice and clean. The cruise was nice and had lots of seating and we got to see different views from the water. I wish there was more information on the places we past while on the water but they had screens on board that talked about the areas we were passing or near and a map of where we were going. Overall, I really enjoyed this tour and the information it presented. I liked being able to bundle the bus tour with either museums or with the Fjord cruise!

Probably the worst company. We booked and waited at the pick up point as mentioned. It was very cold and windy that day and they didn’t even bother to meet us at the pick up point nor did they answer our messages to the tour guide.

The "drive-by" tour through the city was actually VERY informative and educational, and for people such as my wife and me who had limited time in Oslo, the bus portion of the tour was both educational and interesting. However, for some people, maybe the "machine gun" approach to providing information about every building, street, historical event, and monument might be too much. (I definitely enjoyed the bus tour more than my wife.) I learned a significant amount about the history of Oslo during this tour. I wish we had more time at the Vigeland Sculpture Park (or in other words, being told that we only had less than two minutes at the most significant monolithic sculpture area in the park and that we should not walk around and take photos was not the best approach for visitors). Because of a skiing competition and very dense fog, we also were not permitted to stop at the ski jump, which was somewhat disappointing. Our tour guide was definitely outstanding and I would recommend this tour solely on her educational information. The 90-minute fjord cruise portion of this tour was less than notable. Maybe it was the rain, or maybe it was the absence of any explanation of where we were going (other than periodic explanations on a TV screen), but my wife and I found the fjord cruise portion of this 5 1/2-hour trip boring and something which we might have otherwise skipped.

It was a nice tour. We did not like that after the bus tour we were put on the boat for the fiord cruise without the opportunity for eating our lunch. We ended up eating at 4;30 pm. Which is not ideal when travelling with a young kid.

Marie our guide and Vito our driver took us safely all round this beautiful city. We saw some spectacular sights, took loads of photos and learned a lot about the history of the country as well as the city. This tour was slightly complicated by the amount of ice around, particularly in the sculpture park, but Marie made sure we all got round safely, helping those who were nervous at walking on such slippery surfaces. The studs you can clip on your shoes are ideal if you have them, at this time of year!
Marie did not accompany us on the cruise but there was a free audio guide available in the ship - just remember to bring the headphones provided on the coach and an adapter (if necessary) for your phone jack - or your own headphones would work.
We really enjoyed this tour and got to see lots of the city we may have missed otherwise. And Marie’s historical knowledge was excellent. Both she and Vito had excellent senses of humour and were very happy to chat and laugh with guests along the way. A lovely day, would recommend it.
