The guide did not tell us what her schedule was. We felt like we were walking all over Oslo but not knowing where we were going. She spoke privately to one member of our group of five and explained very little to all members of our group. We walked past many buildings and she did not tell us what anything was unless we specifically asked. She spoke very softly and it was difficult to hear what she said. We spent too much time on public transportation. The tour did not seem organized and it was exhausting. We don’t feel like we learned much about the city of Oslo.

Our tour guide, Craig, was a true joy. For five hours he was informative, pleasant and extremely accommodating. He gave us enough information, but not too much. He let us go at our own pace. I would highly recommend him and use him again for future tours of the area.
