You only need to purchase one ticket for a group of up to 6.
The city is literally your game board. Search for real-world clues and solve puzzles, then enter solutions on the app to find out where to go next. The game consists of a physical box and clues you must find in the real world, all around Logan Square in Philadelphia. Plan on about two hours of play time, depending on experience level and how much time you spend exploring along the way.

Escapley's Philly Outdoor escape room was A TON of fun! I want to do this in every city....
I did this as a team-building activity for a brand new team. This was a great way to learn other's strengths and work collaboratively toward an end goal. This was even good for teammates who had never been to Philly.
The only issue I had was ensuring I got the box on time. There seemed to be a lapse in time from purchase to connection to send my shipping information over. I think Viator might do well to clearly note steps/time frame for collecting information and sending it to Escapley.
Escapley's customer service was amazing! Amber was able to get me set up with shipping quickly and everything arrived before we needed it.
100% will do this again in other cities!

I loved the game! It was so fun incorporating the real world clues combined with physical clue cards and digital clues on your phone. There were also options to use hints at each step of the outdoor escape room, which was a great addition to ensure that we had fun instead of being too stumped and getting frustrated. I’ve been recommending it to my friends in other cities! A fun date activity, but would also be fantastic with friends or for a family outing.
I live in Philadelphia and love exploring, but the game took me to places I had never been in the city, which made it a great experience as well.
