Itinerary
Awaken and align your body with this nourishing and revitalizing yoga flow on Brighton's seafront and parks. We will focus on oiling the joints, balancing the breath, building strength and fluidity, and stretching out any stiffness throughout the body.
Class locations:
Monday morning 8 - 8:45 AM on the pebbles behind the Meeting Point Cafe.
Tuesday Lunchtime Class 12:30 - 1:15 PM at St. Ann's Wells Garden.
Thursday Evening 6 - 7 PM on Hove Lawns opposite Brunswick Square.
I will send you a pin with the exact location after booking.
This is a beginner-friendly yoga flow. All levels are welcome!
Please bring your mat, water, and any yoga props you would like to use!
I will display a big, colorful orange banner and a flag with the logo to ensure you find me.

Made the most of the late heatwave by attending this class. A regular if not totally committed or enthusiastic yoga participant, this class is different in a few ways. Firstly, the outside environment is utilised and appreciated. Grass underneath,
blue sky above, blue sea ahead. Can't beat that..Dogs come and go. Few people politely stare. The group leader Xenia does a great job in bringing together the groups focus to the class. She's very welcoming and approachable, warm and friendly and for me, the top reason I choose to attend this group as opposed to many others available. Sea dips after the class are optional but encouraged!

Due to the Great British weather our session had to be moved indoors but communication with Xenia was very good in the lead up to the event. She also amended the class to make it a couples event which made it so much fun, and a great start to the Hen weekend.

We did the hour yoga class for hen parties and had a brilliant time. We were due to do it on the sea front but it was very cold, so Xenia kindly offered her studio instead, which worked out perfectly.
The yoga class was perfect for our groups ability, and Xenia offered slightly more complex moves for the few who had done yoga in the past, alongside making sure our pregnant hen was safe but able to join in.
Highly recommend for hens looking for a different activity!

We had the most fabulous vinyasa yoga in a grove of trees looking out to sea! Xenia was a brilliant calm and experienced teacher and we all left the class feeling refreshed and ready for the day. I’d highly recommend her for any yoga class and if I lived closer would be a regular!

Xenia was fantastic! We were a hen do of 8 and had a wonderful and peaceful session of beginners yoga on the seafront. It was a great session and just what we needed to blow off the cobwebs. Very affordable and great communication from the team. Would highly recommend!

Xenia was lovely, although there was a mix up with the timings so it ended up being a one to one session on the beach! She led a lovely flow and provided recommendations of other exciting things to do in Brighton.

I absolutely loved this yoga flow session! It was lovely doing yoga outdoors in such a beautiful location, it was wonderful seeing the sunrise whilst relaxing and enjoying yoga on the beach, feeling the pebbles beneath your feet and hearing the waves crash. Xenia, you're a great teacher, thank you for a lovely session, I would love to do this again sometime.
