I enjoyed the trip and the Ouzoud guide was very nice and helpful. They didn't pick me up from the Riad or near, sent me a message to go some place that was more than 20m walking, so I asked if there was a closest meeting point and they changed it but forgot. So I was about 40m waiting in the middle of the street with 3 degrees celsius. When we finnished the excursion the driver took a different route, about more than 45m than the initial one. I asked why and the answers were very stupid. So don't take for granted that tourists are idiots. If you take a route that's longer at least come up with some decent excuse. Very unprofessional.

While visiting Marrakech for the first time, we were overwhelmed by how many wonderful excursions were on offer! We wanted to visit Ouzoud Waterfalls (the apes and views were beautiful in photos) and this trip - although only had 3 reviews - was amazing for the price! We were picked up around 8:15/8:30am in a car from our hotel and driven just under 3 hours to the waterfall. We were able to have a toilet/drink/snack break about 18km away from waterfalls which helped wake us up a bit. We bought ourselves a bottle of water - but so did our lovely driver, which we thought was very kind. When he noticed us falling asleep in the back, he even offered a neck pillow!! He also put the air con on and apologised when he needed to make phone calls (which we really didn’t mind anyway!!) Once we got to the waterfalls, we were greeted by Mohammed our Berber tour guide (price included). He was AMAZING! He made sure to help me with the climbing up and down the rocky steps or across the chains at the top of the view point! He regularly offered to take our pictures at every opportunity. He was polite, funny, kind, answered questions we had, pointed out animals and the different fruit growing from the trees. He couldn’t have been a better guide! We got the boat to the waterfall - Mohammed was great at flagging down a boat for the two of us. This cost an additional 100dir for the both of us, but was worth it to be closer, to get hit by the very cool mist and again the person on the boat offered to take our photo. I would have liked to have spent more time with the wild monkeys and apes. We are glad we didn’t pay for peanuts as the ape didn’t want to eat it at all. Instead some men offered us some wafer biscuits that the ape LOVED. We gave some money to say thank you for doing that for us, and for drawing them out from the trees in the first place! We then had lunch at a restaurant near where our car was parked which had tagine, fries, chicken skewers, watermelon, water and tea. We spent around 3 hours at the waterfall, going from the top to the bottom (stopping at various points for views and pictures) and then the boat, and then walked back up. After some food, we were driven back - again our lovely driver bought us a bottle of water for the journey, and we stopped off half way and bought ourselves a drink and an ice cream. We were back at our hotel by 5:30/6pm. The whole trip from pick up to drop off was around 9 hours. Some key points: The walk down is quite rocky/dusty... wear sensible shoes that you don’t mind getting dusty. The walk back up is easier in that the steps are more even but it is quite a trek! You can swim in the water at different points on the tour, but couldn’t really see places to get changed? You can camp at the waterfall if that’s something for you. Have some change to offer to the locals if they’re giving food for feeding the apes, the boat, the guide, the driver etc and money to buy water. Would happily do another tour with this company!

Myself and my partner were extremely happy with the experience and exemplary service provided by Elias and Abdul. They were both very knowledge about Marrakech and all of the wonderful places to visit. I would highly recommend their services to anyone planning to visit the Ozoud Waterfalls or any other excursion for that matter. I will definitely be returning and they’ll be the first I would call as soon as I arrive! Thanks again guys! Junior

Very professional from start to finish. Our guide knew all the good places to stop off on the way. Don't miss Kojak, and the women's cooperative argan oil factory.
