Although this group doesn’t have a lot of reviews, this tour was amazing. The lodging on top was pretty comfortable, along with the fact the view of Mt Fuego is amazing. Additionally, the tour guide made sure we arrived atop Fuego and Actatengo first before other groups, allowing us the best spots and pictures without the crowd

Our crew was amazing, and our guides were the best. Leonel and his partner did an amazing job. Climbing with people from all over the world truly made it so memorable. It is a rough hike for a beginner but it is so rewarding. Thank you everyone.

The overnight hike up Acatenango was incredible! We had the most wonderful guides, Mynor and Saul! They were very encouraging and helpful, and we added the night hike up Volcán Fuego which was an experience not to miss. The lava explosions were beautiful and powerful, and it was wonderful to have such an up close experience. My husband and I would recommend Saul and Mynor as guides to anyone coming to Guatemala. They are the kindest people, work hard, and ensure everyone’s comfort and safety! “Vamos Ale!” Eric & Jessi

This was such an awesome trip. Brothers Expeditions did an awesome job. The hike to Acatenango is not easy but it’s totally worth it. Brothers expedition kept us in a beautiful cabin with arguably the greatest view of Fuego. We saw eruptions all night. We also did the challenging Fuego hike. My husband was struggling with the altitude a little so the guide stayed with him to make sure he was doing ok. Overall, I would recommend this trip to anyone and everyone. Good luck and enjoy : )

What the problem was, was our guide, 75% of us walked at a similar pace and we were almost always together however, our guide made no effort to ever speak to us, and often wandered away by himself. The path is pretty simple to the top, but when it came to fuego at night he walked alone and left many people to clamber down the volcano by themselves, given the altitude (1500m ascent in a day) some people weren’t feeling great and were left in the dark.

Guide was not polite, tour ok but they should hike one hour early so they don't get 'late' go the top

This tour is a do not miss chance to see an active volcano, however they do not tell you , you have to carry all your equipment, food, water, and its 5 miles straight up, this is not for the un- fit,

Subir es pesado, pero vale 100% la pena, el campamento esta bastante bien y se vive una gran experiencia, los paisajes son inigualables. Llevar suficiente agua y ropa abrigadora será necesario. Vale la pena pagar el costo adicional por subir al volcán de fuego, verás el mejor atardecer
