After visiting El dorado we'll drive for 35minutes high up in the mountains to go to “La Catedral” a hybrid “jail” and vacation complex where Pablo negotiated with the Colombian government to stay in order to avoid prison. This tour takes you to La Catedral where Pablo Escobar and his murderous hit men murdered several people including his own associates. Enjoy one of the best views of the city from the top of the mountain.

This was hands down the highlight of my stay in Medellin! My guide Alex was an amazing figure who was directly affected by the cartels back in the days. His energy while giving the tour is wild...It felt like a movie and I was part of it!
