After a short lesson about safety and technique, we will leave from Marina Grande di Sorrento on our boards and reach Punta del Capo, where the Roman villa of Pollio Felice stands, dating back to 41 – 54 AD. It is also known as Bagni della Regina Giovanna, famous for the natural heart-shaped pool with emerald green water, which we will access passing through the small opening in the cliff.
Ruins with opus reticulatum, mosaics, and frescoes blend with wild nature. It is an enchanting place where there will be opportunities to take a swim, freely explore the villa, and take many photographs.
We will leisurely return to Marina Grande to finish the paddle boarding experience.

Stand up paddle boarding with Antonio was amazing!! We had a great day and Antonio made us feel at ease from the very start. He was so knowledgable and was able to tell us some interesting facts along the way. The cove at the end is so beautiful and the free time there was brilliant. I would highly recommend when coming to Sorrento as something to do. Thanks so much!!

We had a wonderful time learning about the history of Sorrento while enjoying the journey on a kayak. Luigi was informative and a great guide. The coastal line is beautiful - full of surprises if you know where to look - including a baby seagull with its mother nestled in the cliff side. The waters at our destination were beautiful, complemented by the stunning views that we were awarded after a brief climb up the steps from the water’s edge. Highly recommend this adventure as a unique way to experience Sorrento!

The whole experience was great, you only need to get in there and they will take care of everything. Antonino made the tour very enjoyable and inclusive for everyone and his team was also very kind and helpful.

A fantastic experience. My two teenagers and I joined Antonino and Luigi for a couple of hours paddling up the coast to Bagni Regina Giovanna and back. As relatively inexperienced paddle boarders we were shown how to stand up and paddle. I found it trickier than my children but we all had a great time. If we come back to Sorrento I would definitely come and do this again, one of the best bits of our holiday. Antonino and Luigi were great, really friendly, informative and most of all patient. They even took photos for us as part of the experience. Highly recommend if you fancy getting away from the crowds for a couple of hours :-)

Great paddle board tour today with Antonino to the amazing Bagni Regina Giovanna. Safety briefing to start and then plenty of tips to improve paddle boarding technique along the way. It's a 2 hour trip with approx 30 minutes at the Bagni which has lovely swimming and remains of a Roman villa Highly recommended, grazie mille, Antonino

We decided to do this on a whim and I’m so glad we did. My husband is athletic and I’m not athletic at all. We both loved this activity. It was so fun to see the coast, the guides were very personal and spoke good English, and it was a delightful way to see the Bagni! We had plenty of time to swim around there. The guides take photos of you and send them afterwards so you don’t have to worry about bringing your phone and keeping it dry.

The SUP experience was amazing. Antonio took his time to explain the right way to paddle and corrected the form to help me. The cove was beautiful for swimming or jumping off the little bridge or off the lower platforms. Overall was an amazing experience.

Such a great activity - a definite highlight of our Italian trip. We stumbled across a sign for paddle boarding the night before and had originally planned to see the Bagni Regina Giovanna by transport. We are SO happy we chose this option. A day we won’t forget, thank you!
