Welcome to a fully-immersive culinary experience in the heart of El Raval in Barcelona! Here you will have the opportunity to learn the secrets to cooking authentic Paella from an experienced team of professionals! The class is completely hands-on begins with a brief introduction of the space over a glass of Cava. We will then welcome you into the kitchen where you will cook at your own individual cooking station while we instruct you through 10-steps of a delicious paella! Afterwards, we welcome you to the dinner table where you will share in fun, conversation, and get to try your paella as well as a variety of other Spanish delicacies.
The four-course Paella Experience includes the following:

• Foundations of Paella workshop
• Spanish Wine Pairing
• Dessert The class is offered daily at 5pm and lasts approximately 2.5 hours.

We had a really fun time with the gang from the Paella Club. High energy and plenty of Cava flowing we set about making our Paella and whilst we make a version back home, this was a very different animal! Rich and complex and really a totally different process to how we have made it. This knowledge will be put to good use upon our return home. Thx guys, lots of fun

This was probably the most fun excursion I have been on in the last 20 years. My expectations were that we wouldn’t really be the cooks. I was so wrong. There were 20of us from our cruise ship, we paired in 10groups of 2. I also thought it would take a lot longer to cook. It took an hour. Our experienced chef was excellent with instructions. We had great music playing, wonderful wine and so much fun. Then we got to sit down together and try the 5 different recipes. You cannot go wrong with this tour ❤️

We had such a great time at the Paella Club. The Chef’s made the experience interactive and entertaining, while also imparting their knowledge & skills to cook Paella. Very generous pouring of wine all evening and a delicious dinner at the end. I would recommend Paella Club cooking class to anyone while travelling in Barcelona.

One of the best experiences in Barcelona. It was super fun and the paella that we made was the best I have ever had. That staff are fun and upbeat. We want to bring family back here to have this same experience. It is totally worth it.
