If you consider yourself a true foodie or are ready for a full Spanish gastronomic experience, this is the class for you.
You will be greeted by one of our hosts with a glass of cava and then walked through the concept behind The Paella Club and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, guests will organize themselves in groups of two per cooking station. There, they will find all utensils and ingredients to cook each paella in a fully immersive and dynamic workshop guided, from beginning to end, by an experienced team of professionals.
Depending on the size of the class, several varieties of paella will be made at each session so that guests will learn how to cook and taste more than one type of paella.
After the workshop, our guests sit together at our table to share their paella creations, additional entrees, and dessert courses, which are accompanied with free-flowing Catalan wine and great conversation.
We are proud to cater our experiences to fit the dietary restrictions of all of our guests so if you do decide to book with us, just let us know so we can make all the proper arrangements.

Fantastic night, great food. The chefs were so much fun. Where else can you try six different flavors of paella as well as tomato bread, frozen sangria, and a delightful chocolate mousse dessert. Would do it again 10/10.

This is a must-do while in Barcelona. We had a blast with the amazing owners who make it so much fun... while we learn how to make delicious food! The Cava was bottomless and music pumping! We had a small group of 4 family members and the mushroom, black truffle Paella was the best I've ever tasted. Not to mention the tomato bread and dessert made for us. Don't miss it- perfect for all groups of people! It's a great location and fun atmosphere!

Singing, dancing, cooking and laughing all together. This is a special group of people. Truely the best date night I have ever had with my husband. They make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Food was delicious, but the entire experience was an absolute delight.

We had a fun class at The Paella Club. Instructions were clear with lots of information provided along the way. Wine and music set the scene. Loved that we got the recipes so will be recreating at home.

My favorite part of my trip! This is a must do, the food was excellent and the whole experience was a lot of fun, good wine, dancing to the oldies and having an awesome dinner with family and “new” friends. I loved it! Very cool vibe-great evening out

One of the primary experiences we were hoping for in our tour of Spain was to have a classic Spanish paella. This experience more than met our expectations! From the minute we ntered the space until we left there was amazing energy and excitement and the results of the cooking were delicious. My ONLY complaint is that the music was blaring too loud and that made hearing our teacher difficult. I am thrilled to have the recipe book from the club and brought home a lovely bottle of olive oil and a jar of their saffron seasoning mix. We intend to entertain our dinner group using the recipes from the club.

This was so much fun but also so positive, I picked up lots of ideas to improve my cooking, they gave us a wonderful cook book which reminds of all this and more. Our group was a mix of all ages. So worth doing.

Our family of four (two adults and two kids (well behaved and well traveled) ages 9 and 11) did the amuse bouche class today. It was a highlight of our trip. The team at the paella club, led by Lucia, was engaging, helpful and most importantly fun! We learned many cooking tips, all of us were entertained and enthusiastic to participate and very much enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish. The fact that the paella lunch was absolutely delicious was icing on the cake for such a wonderful and enriching experience. For context, we are a well traveled family from NYC that loves food (we thoroughly research where we eat in advance!) but environment and people are of equal importance! The paella club not only checked all boxes but did so above and beyond - highly recommend!!!
