Chris was our tour guide... he is an asset to the company. He loves the job he performs and we were his second tour of the day. His knowledge of the area and the community in which he lives and HIS SKILL navigating the streets was awesome. So happy we were paired with him. We learned a lot about the San Francisco.

I’m big into researching before I commit to anything so of course I looked at all the options for a San Francisco tour and landed on the Painted Ladies Tour Company. It was the best decision ever!
Jim was the perfect guide - funny, friendly and so full of amazing facts. The time went by in a flash and even my 3 teenagers were totally absorbed and loved it. You can’t go wrong with this tour. Thanks a million Jim for giving us precious memories to last our whole lives.

A great tour in a classic (1967?) VW minibus with photo stops at the eponymous Painted Ladies and the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, and including a drive down the colourfully planted and steeply serpentine Lombard Street. Chris, our driver, was an excellent guide pointing out the sights as we drove by and providing an interesting background commentary that was interesting and easy to follow.

The tour was so fun! Our tour guide Kyle (I think that was his name) was very knowledgeable on the history of San Francisco and integrated music and fun facts throughout the tour. He offered light snacks and refreshments. Definitely worth the money!

Jim, our driver's vast knowledge of San Francisco - the history and knowledge of all the different neighborhoods. He was funny, articulate and it was a great tour. My only criticism is that the mini bus was not the most comfortable ride
