Departing from either Union Square of Fisherman's Wharf, spend your day tasting some delicious wines as we make our way through the beautiful Sonoma Valley in one of our Vintage VW buses.

Drive past the Golden Gate Bridge on your way to Sonoma Valley

Hotel pickups around Union Square are between 8:45-9a.m. and pickups in the Fishermans Wharf area are between 9:00-9:15a.m.. Please provide the number you can be reached at so that our guides can call you and give you an exact ETA. If your hotel is not listed, please meet us at 427 Post St. (Union Square pickup) or 1300 Columbus Ave (Fishermans Wharf pickup)

For the shared tour option, a minimum number of 4 people applies. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund

If you prefer to eat lunch at the Sonoma Plaza- please let us know. We might be able to make that happen. Depending on the group consensus.

Note that each vehicle seats up to 7 people total. We can still accommodate larger groups seated in separate vehicles.
Everyone in your group needs to complete our digital waiver.
COVID-19: A plexiglass partition has been installed between the driver and passengers. The touch points on our buses will be fully disinfected between and during tours.
Anyone showing symptoms of COVID 19, including fever, cough or shortness of breath won’t be able to participate.
Everyone will be required to wear a mask while inside the bus. We will have extra masks for purchase in case you have forgotten yours. Hand sanitizer will be provided.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

There were many, however our tour guide Jim was terrific, shared lots of interesting info on our journey. The bus is a must..had me using Groovy again. The wineries were great. My favorite wine was the Zinfandel. My daughter and I had a wonderful Mother's Day. Again, thank you Jim for your great hospitality. The other quests were a lot of fun. Great group.

Take This Tour!!! Our amazing driver, Caio, picked us up right on time and gave a great mini city tour as we were leaving the city. We stopped for photos of the Golden Gate Bridge, while he fixed Mimosas for us all. We went to three awesome family owned wineries, each one special in its own way. Caio played such a fun soundtrack throughout the drive - we may or may not have lost our voices singing and laughing. We’ve done wine tours before, but this was absolutely THE BEST!

Jim, our tour guide was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable with history and facts of the wineries we went to. He also, gave us a little background history of the city. This was a small group which made it so much nicer than being lost in a crowd. He made our day trip fun! We would definitely do this tour again and highly recommended this tour to our friends and family!

I take the tour with my husband for my birthday celebration. It was a fantastic experience, good wineries,
very good food and Caio was very knowledgeable and fun, he play good music, we was lucky to have a nice group. I recomend this tour 100%.

What a wonderful tour!! The wine country was beautiful and the wine tasting experience was great. Out of the 3, my favorite winery was Roche (although) hard to compare cause they were all different. Our tour guide, Caio, was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service! He helped ensure we had a good time! Would definitely recommend this Painted Ladies tour:-)

We had such a great time with Jim who is true local, really nice to talk with, a great storyteller and safe driver. As French we were not so convinced by the wine we tested but still enjoyed the unique experience of this tour!

We had a private tour with 5 adults and 3 children. Jim our tour guide was so wonderful and knowledgeable. He gave us a great day out. We had a fantastic start with a drive down windy Lombardy street and an iconic Golden Gate Bridge photo stop before hitting three fantastic vineyards in Sonoma. Such a fantastic day out for everyone.

We booked the wine country tour with the Painted Ladies company and Caio was an absolutely amazing guide.
Caio picked us up near Union Square and stopped at the Golden Gate Bridge were we had mimosas. Then we headed across the bridge to Sonoma Valley. Of the three locations that we stopped at, the Roche Winery was our favorite. Our host was very informative and answered all of our questions while we enjoyed the different wines that she brought to our table. This was an incredible learning experience and we would definitely do it again.
