Lydia was a wonderful teacher. The class was fun and very educating. This was an adventure I will never forget! If you are visiting Palermo and want a true Italian experience, this would be my suggestion!

This was an excellent cooking class. I liked how the chef explained everything first and then we did it. It wasn't hard either! I learned several useful tips for making pizza and gelato.

I spent an amazing night cooking with my family in Palermo. The chef Lidia revealed her tricks and secrets of making a pizza napoletana and a chocolate gelato. I highly recommend this cooking class as it was well organized, easy to follow, intresting and also a lot of fun.

So much fun, me and a friend took this class and we had such a great time, lidia was a great teacher, went through the science behind how the pizza dough forms so we had a better understanding of what we were doing, she was also very patient when we had questions or had done something wrong.
This is a great activity for people of all backgrounds and ages as it gets everyone involved and having a great time.
