Itinerary
Your 3-hour trip on our 52-foot catamaran Privateer will include a scenic dolphin boat tour through Grand Lagoon to Shell Island. Enjoy the tropical scenery and music as you look for dolphins along the way. There will be lots of fun waiting for you when you arrive at the inflatable water park at Shell Island, Panama City Beach.
Enjoy our water trampolines, see-saw called the “rockit” and other inflatable fun! If you’re looking for something more low-key, explore on a kayak or paddleboard and give snorkeling a try. You can take in the natural beauty that Shell Island has to offer or if you want, hang out on the bow of the boat in our two sunning nets and relax and listen to music. Enjoy sipping on refreshing beverages like our signature Privateer Punch. All of our activities and inflatables are all-inclusive with unlimited use during this exciting trip for no additional charge.
The inflatables and adventure fun are set up on the St. Andrew’s Bay side of Shell Island so our activities are not affected by any rough water conditions and strong undercurrents in the Gulf.

There is a 5-7 minute walk down the dock to the catamaran. Please let us know ahead of time if you will need assistance.

We stayed at the Bluegreen Bayside. It is transitioning from another resort chain. It only has hotel room accommodations but is planning to build other buildings with full Bluegreen amenities including full kitchens. The location is great. Our bay view room opened onto the pool deck with views of the lagoon. We were adjacent to the pool bar and the boardwalk leading to their private beech and the loading dock for the catamaran cruises. We enjoyed the sunset cruise with dolphin escort. We also booked a shuttle to Shell Island for a quiet beach day.

The dolphins experience was amazing as well as the crew. It’s a total of 3 hours. Our kids love it!!

Dolphins Sightings but strong winds kept day cold. For the 2 of us, just walked along beach didn’t partake in blow ups

It was extremely windy and the water was way colder than we expected. When we docked, the terrain was rough. It wouldn't have been bad had we known to bring a chair. We took my 15 year son and his friend for spring break and they had a horrible time. We did see lots of dolphins though. I wouldn't go back unless it's well into summer.

Super friendly and helpful crew. Mike and his crew made our family experience a great one. Smooth sailing, excellent beach area, and a lot of things to keep the kids occupied.

Went there for kids fall break, It’s nice for visiting, but the activities wasn’t big like I thought, and was too much jellyfish, I’m not sure if that just how it’s by October, maybe we went too late of the year, the people working there are so nice!

The boat ride was beautiful. Mike and his crew were very nice and fun. Although there were hella jellyfish, I’d do the excursions again.

Awesome time. May book again before we leave. Next time we will bring CASH to tip with. We were told no cash. So bring CASH for tipping these wonderful people. Very relaxing. Great bunch of people who also shared our adventures. My husband & went. And there were families too. Lovely experience!

Had a great time with the crew it was very refreshing to have a day out on the water the dolphins jellyfish and hermit crabs were a bonus we’ve been to shell island three times we will definitely be back
