Explore Budapest from a different perspective! During our hike we explore the forests of Budapest, and hike to some lookouts that provide beautiful panorama to the busy city and the surrounding mountains. We hike to the famous Elizabeth lookout on the top of Budapest, and we also admire the unique Fairy rock. The tracks we hike on are not mentioned in the guidebooks of Budapest and known only by the locals who are familiar with the forests around. For the end of the day you will be tired and happy with full of new experiences and positive energy. Hiking in Budapest worth a try, the capital can provide you much more than the city center! Upon request we include a chairlift ride, that gives an extra fun for the youngsters

Gyorgy Kulcsar was our guide on this great hike. He was on time and drove us to our destination. We forgot water and snacks but he helped there as well. The hike was tailored to our ability and he pushed the pace when we wanted to do so. To cap off a wonderful day in the hills in Buda he took great photos of our adventure and provided them to us free.

A fantastic experience. Gyuri and Nikki were so helpful, full of knowledge and enthusiastic! Arranging the hike was (forgive the pun) a walk in the park, with Gyuri offering lots of advice on how to get to the meeting place/modes of transport/things to be prepared for etc. The whole team loved it! Thank you!

We did the multi adventure tour including hiking and canoeing. Had a fantastic day with Gyuri! We were picked up at 9 right at our accommodation which was very helpful and efficient. It was about an hour drive to the start of our hike, a lovely 2.5 hr hike with breaks. Relaxing low/medium intensity, perfect to enjoy the views and nature. Then, we hiked down to the river where we got on a canoe. Beautiful views of the mountains, low/medium intensity rowing with a stop for swimming and a riverside bar nearby. At the end of the trip we were picked up and brought back to Gyuri’s car. Very nice to be guided around the nature of Hungary, and it was a very relaxing day in the fresh air. Highly recommend if you love nature and a little exercise!

This hike was a great way to go out of the box when it comes to Budapest's main attractions. Gyuri showed me amazing hidden treasures in Buda hills and was a great company during the hike - he knows a lot about birds and trees that you'll find along the way! Plus he takes great pictures of you during the walk! He's very approachable and always ready to answer any questions you might have. Definitely recommended!

Its one of the best experience in Budapest. Connecting with nature while staying in the city. Gyorgy is a real gem, he makes you feel comfortable even when you are trying to challenge yourself on a beautiful forest trail. Very welcoming, informative and open.

엘리자벳 전망대도 좋았고 리프트를 타고 보는 전경도 좋았지만 가장 좋았던 것은 눈덮인 헝가리의 숲길을 평화롭게 산책할 수 있었던 것입니다. 물론 거리가 좀 있고 오르막 내리막도 있지만 부담되지 않는 즐거운 하이킹이었습니다!

De passage pour un court week-end à Budapest, «Outdoor Adventures Hungary» faisait partie des activités que je ne voulais absolument pas manquer… et mon pressentiment a été le bon: c’est une expérience à vivre ! Gyuri vous fera découvrir des paysages à couper le souffle ! C’est un guide génial, patient, qui s’adapte à chacun, et qui sait transmettre sa passion ! J’espère que nous aurons l’occasion de revenir et de renouveler les randonnées avec lui !
