The first part of the tour which is Madrid is a joke. They take you to a few streets for like 2 hours and that's it. Total waste of time. Don't take the Madrid tour. The second part Toledo is better. It is a beautiful city and the tour is very informative and interesting; however, I have never seen a tour guide more disinterested than this guy Jorge. My god, we had to put coins in him to get him to move or talk. He could not care less if someone fell behind, or had questions, or anything. He was checked out. I think he has been doing this for over 20 years so he was fed up. Time for him to retire and allow new people to take over. Overall an OK tour.I would not highly recommend it.

Average tour. Just sit in the bus and go around the city. No stop anywhere except a coffee shop and your designated drop off point. It would be much better if you take the hop on hop off service.

Tour guide was great! Everything was superb! It was a great experience! My husband and I arrived 15 minutes early because our tickets said to do so, but when we go there, apparently, our tour left already, so we ran with the woman to their parking garage in hopes of catching the tour , which we did! Thank god, but you should just make sure you get there 1/2 hour early and NOT 15 minutes like our tickets indicated.... If we missed this, we would have been devastated ! Luckily, Julia Travels did everything in their power to get us on that bus!

Great tour and a quick way to know more about Madrid if you don't have much time. The second part of the tour in Toledo was awesome.

the Panoramic Madrid Sightseeing Tour was worthwhile because it took us to interesting parts of the city, such as the business district, that we would not have seen otherwise. The tour guide had a pretty strong accent, however, and wasn't very friendly. Furthermore, the stop at the Hard Rock Cafe for toilets and drinks was something of a rip-off. Most people thought they would get complimentary coffee, but after waiting in line were only eligible for soft drinks. So the majority went ahead and paid for coffee. Combined with those who bought Hard Rock T-shirts brought some profit to the Cafe, but not much to us.
Toledo, on the other hand, had an outstanding guide, and Toledo should not be missed.

We enjoyed our trip to Toledo. And our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The stop at the sword producing shop on our way back, I thought it was boring.

Poor communication at Julia's Travel. Spoke more then twice the time in Spanish as opposed to English.

Somewhat difficult to understand the bilingual guide. Also, took extra time, as this was a bilingual tour, not only in English. We could have done without the souvenir stops, and spent some more time at some of the sites. At half a day, it was a good overview of Toledo, but not educational enough.
