Come and cook with us! We'll show you how to turn a simple egg and a handful of flour into perfect pasta using only your hands. Special and inevitable ingredients for us: fresh ingredients, love and passion for good food.
You will know the dish and the history of the most famous dish of Italian cuisine, and all the forms in which it can be presented.
In the heart of the center of Rome in one of our restaurants, we will guide you step by step teaching the simplest and oldest technique of one of the most famous culinary traditions in the world, which you can then repeat when you return home!
Come and spend a day with us, meet other people, have fun, make new friends and enjoy a dish and dessert entirely made by you and accompanied by a magnificent glass of wine.
You will have included:
-Cooking class
- Sauce of your choice for the pasta
- 1 glass of wine of your choice between white or red, or alternatively a soft drink
- 1 limoncello at the end of the meal
- Necessary equipment for the course
- Award certificate
*Sauces are not included
*Tiramisù gets cooked all together
*Pastas get cooked all together, divided by sauce
*KIDS who don't have the minimum age (7yo) MUST follow the class together with one the parents

After looking at a few different choices and leaving it very last minute we came across Paulos cooking class but damn I’m glad we did!! Paulo was an incredible host, full of laughter as well as some amazing skills which we learnt. The food was incredible afterwards also, would 120% recommended!

Paolo's cooking class was a great way to kick off our visit to Rome! We enjoyed making our own pasta and perfecting our Tiramisu skills. Paolo handled our large group expertly so we all knew what we were doing and the dinner afterwards was well managed.

This is a must do if you are in Rome! This cooking class was our groups favorite activity. Chef Paolo made sure everyone could follow along and connected the experience to every single person there and made it special. He is funny, thorough and helped celebrate our groups. New respect for everyone who makes pasta by hand. We
Were surprised with limoncello shots which was great for celebration. Chef Paolo explained how everything was made. Who knew Limoncello wasn’t made with grappa!? 😆🫶🏽

The cooking class exceeded my expectations. Our chef was so knowledgeable and patient. She did a wonderful job demonstrating and instructing us about making tiramisu and fettuccine. We enjoyed the fruits of our labor. It was delicious.

We joined Paolo's cooking class with our kids (aged 7years-14years) and Grannie and the whole family had a great time and learnt a lot too. Paolo was a great teacher and made the lesson fun and relaxed. Our group was a mixture of families, couples and solo travellers, everyone was included and having a good giggle together as we cooked. The restaurant was easy to find and in a lovely location with great atmosphere. The experience was great fun and a nice activity to break up the shopping and sight seeing for the kids. The class was good value especially since we had a lovely meal to eat at the end!
