The most horrible experience of a car ride. The car has an extremely strongly smell of cigarette smoke. I wanted to vomit half way through and had to leave the window completely open and just breathe from outside air. The driver covers the smell with a lot of perfume, which makes it even worse, because you’re breathing in strong odor covered with strong odor. I booked a black car specifically so I can have a comfortable ride, but this was worse than any Uber or taxi.
To be fair the driver was on time and the car was otherwise clean.

Booked this private transfer for our 25th wedding anniversary vacation in Paris because it said “pick up in a Mercedes car.” The confirmation email I received even specified we were being picked up in a “Mercedes E Class.” I paid $155 and we were picked up in a 9-seater passenger van! Disappointing and maddening way to start such a special trip.

We used transport services from the airport on every leg of our vacation in Europe and received excellent service. Drivers were all prompt, courteous, and friendly. It so well worth the cost of having a private vehicle service rather than relying on a taxi to charge outlandish prices or to worry about the experience of an Uber or Lyft driver. This is definitely the way to travel!!!
