The computer codes for the tickets to D’Orsey Museum in Paris could not be accessed at the museum. We were denied entrance and we’re stuck with our prepaid Trip Advisor email receipts.

Lovely paintings! I love the Impressionist, Post-impressionist, Expressionist, and Art Nouveau movements, so this was the perfect museum for me!

An ok option to book if official tickets are already sold out. But not what advertised - tickets are not reserved time tickets. They are 'anytime entry' tickets, with a separate (usually longer) line at entry than reserved time tickets.

We enjoyed seeing the awesome collection of impressionist and post impressionist artwork, as well as the large collection of sculptures, such as The Thinker. Well worth it.

Great museum but better with an actual guide. The audio guide is very good for a self-directed tour. The tour and logistics were well-organized.

Purchased entrance & audio tickets. For 20 minutes we tried to get audio to take us through exhibit and discuss the art shown. I was in tears and so frustrated. Audio Viator sells a link(mp3) and is only Rick Steeves and a woman named Lisa that does NOT give audio to the pieces of art shown! $60 don’t buy. Go to museum counter and purchase their audio that gives great information and follows the way the museum is laid out. Plus it has photos and numbers that correlate to the art. I asked Viator for a refund since I had to purchase additional audio and they refused. This particular offering is not worth it. Do it differently. Disappointed Viator would not refund my purchase.

We booked a noon entry time and unfortunately the museum was way too crowded to enjoy. Perhaps an early or late entry would have been better.

The museum was amazing!
However, we had an issue with the tickets upon entry. It was difficult to convert our voucher into an actual ticket that could be scanned. We were also very disappointed with the audio tour, since it was simply Rick Steves tour, which we had already purchased. That should be mentioned in the description of the package.
