People stood on the sides instead of sitting. The audio was hard to hear. Too many people. The champagne part of the cruise was get a bottle and two glasses at the snack shack. Great view of the Eiffel Tower.

We were the only couple as far as we could see who had ordered the champagne trip. Instead of being romantic it was noisy, people talking over the sightseeing guide. We moved to a different part of the boat but still not great. It's a large boat, not very intimate if you're looking for a quiet, romantic trip. Nothing fancy about the boat at all, nice sights though, disappointed we didn't go past Notre Dame.

Very long que no booked time slots over 45 minutes quing to get on board not enough seats at all more people standing than sitting the vending machine on board also didn't work. Don't let the pictures fool you it's jam packed on the boat

Sitting on the outside lower deck, you can only see the concrete walls of the river. And you cannot hear the commentary. We had to use Google maps to know what we were passing.

Went with my girlfriend. No champagne as per description, no privacy and
boat was dirty.
Will not book anything via Viator going forward.

I booked this as part of my best friend’s hen party and we all really enjoyed it. Seeing the Eiffel Tower from this point of view was brilliant as well. It was good value for money and something we will all remember

there is nothing wrong with them. They are all the same. None of these boat companies stand out except maybe Bateaux Parisienne. Here's the thing, I got a ticket, got food, got a drink - paid for all that then the said it's 1 Euro to use the toilette. Are you kidding me? How cheap and disgusting. NO other boat will charge you to use the bathroom after you eat and drink on their boat and buy a ticket. I find them pathetic and would use ANY other one. they are all the same. use one that treats you like you are human and respects you.

The bathrooms were horrendous and they gave 0 crowd control to board the boat. Hundreds of people pushing and no security.
