Very much enjoyed Park Guell - even with the intermittent rain. Our guide Philip/Felipe was excellent. Not only did he share fascinating tidbits about the park and the men who created it, but he skillfully brought the group aside from the crowds so that we could actually hear what he had to say. We did the English-speaking tour: his English was excellent and his voice was clear. (I say this, because we have had difficulty with other tours, finding it difficult to hear - or difficult to understand.)

Great tour guide very knowledgeable. Tour was about an hour and during the best time in the day after 1630 as the sun is not so hot.

Good tour, information provided was interesting but very repetitive. The tours are set up to enter from a gate at the top of the park and then drop you off at the bottom of the park, expecting you to just leave since you won't want to walk back up the hill.

the park is nice and the service was reliable. guide was not load enough to be heard. also instead of interesting gaudi facts there were a lot of "general life thougts" of the guide that were not relevant for the tour

The park was awesome and our tour guide was nice but he did not speak very loud! So we had no idea what he was saying! But it is a great way to get into the park and when I did hear him talk, I could appreciate the information. I just would encourage him to have a microphone or speak louder.

Terrible customer service. They care only about collecting the money and dont care about the service they provide. Avoid this company! We had bad experince on Güell park tour. They provided wrong direction in the confirmation email and told that it is not their problem. We missed the tour. No money refund. Avoid this company.
