Itinerary
You have been wondering what all this acroyoga-craze is about? Why is it becoming more and more popular? How would you do it? Could you do it? Of course you could! Join us for a class to try it out to see for yourself that You are Magic : )
In our class you will wake up your inner child. There will be games and laughs and of course pretty poses. You can join if you are at least two people, so that you can practice together. Please understand that we do not take reservations for one person only.
Acroyoga is something that builds trust, communication, self-esteem and cooperation. Learning a few basic poses and movements you can connect to and understand yourself and each other more. Achieving something that might seem impossible at first sight will leave you with a sense of success and peace. And best of all, you can take this experience with you and re-live it once back home.
We will do this activity in our studio in the center of La Laguna. We will have the floor covered with tatami for your safety and comfort.

We had a great time and learned a lot. The teachers are very experienced and take the time to work with everyone at their own level. I had only tried acroyoga once before, so was definitely the least experienced person there - but they gave me all the guidance I needed, so I was able to perform some movements with my more experienced partner. They also worked with each of us separately some, so she could work on more advanced flows while I improved on the basics.

Beata and Miguel are great instructors (Acrosence). They taught us step by step. They tested our level and adjusted the content which we could challenge. They even knew our weakness and let us know the method.
Also, they took many photos for us with nice environment.
Hope we could meet them again in future. We thank so much for their instruction.

The first time i worried a little, because i have done yoga just a couple of time before and i couldnt imagine what can i do on a course like this. Beata and Miguel were amazing and kind. They described everything and showed us everything. Easy to follow in an amazing enviroment. Not matter if you are alone but of course it is a fantastic experience with your soulmate. I can recommend for everyone who have a couple of hour freetime in Tenerife. Lets do it and enjoy the magic of ballance! 😊

Even if you don´t have previous experience in this activity, the teachers Bea and Miguel give their best to teach you in an easy and funny way. It was the perfect way to finish our trip in Tenerife, and I will definitely keep practising Acroyoga after this. Totally advisable!

Hicimos una clase en familia y nos ha encantado, ha sido una experiencia muy linda y una manera diferente de perder miedos y darnos seguridad unos a otros.

Très bons cours avec des professeurs qui s'adaptent au niveau de l'élève et le poussent à s'améliorer en toute confiance ! Je recommande vivement pour les amateurs d'acro dans le nord !

Desde que lo probé me enganché a este deporte. No es solo el buen rato que se pasa aprendiendo, sino la confianza que ganas en tus compañeros realizando esta actividad. Además de realizar un ejercicio en el que se gana un gran control corporal.

Muy buena experiencia!! Aprender a controlar tu cuerpo lo consigues con esfuerzo obviamente pero con este equipo lo consigues a niveles que no creías posible.....sigo recomendándolo 100%!!!
