Pearl Harbor is currently operating their boat shuttles in a modified and limited capacity due to dock damages. Under normal circumstances we do secure the tickets and reservation times for all of our tours, however, with the current situation we try our best to secure what we can daily. Our guides do make sure that all guests get to experience the USS Arizona, but on some days we have to use the standby line to make that happen

Revisit the past and observe never-before-seen artifacts, replicas and media displays that explain the events and details leading up to and following the Pearl Harbor attack. Look across the harbor's blue waters at Ford Island, the center of the attack, and imagine the residents waking up on a sleepy Sunday morning to chaos and madness. Stand at ground zero of the infamous attack and gaze up at a sky once filled with enemy planes.

OUR TOURS DO NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO MEET DIRECTLY AT PEARL HARBOR. GUESTS MUST MEET AT ONE OF THE PICK UP LOCATIONS OFFERED; YOU MAY NOT DRIVE OUT TO PEARL HARBOR ON YOUR OWN.
We pick up from centralized locations in Waikiki. If unsure, or if your hotel is not listed, we recommend reconfirming your tour pick-up time and location with tour operator. Stated pickup time is when pickup begins. Please contact tour operator for exact time.

Dress code is smart casual. Dress comfortably, but please remember that shirts and shoes are required on the USS Arizona Memorial and swimsuits are not permitted. High heels, dresses, and skirts not recommended
Security restrictions at Pearl Harbor will be enforced. Please do not bring large bags or anything that could offer concealment. Storage is available at Pearl Harbor for $7.00
Guide reserves the right to adjust route for maximum visitor enjoyment and safety
On rare occasions, the Navy unexpectedly suspends shuttle operations to the USS Arizona Memorial. In such case, you will still be able to visit the many Arizona Memorial exhibits, film, visitor's center and park monuments
Due to the current capacity limitations at Pearl Harbor skip the line access may be impacted, we will communicate with you directly post booking with updates and critical information related to your chosen travel date

Great and had a great driver and guide. Our driver Oli. Was so informative and gave us history lessons. The Pearl Harbor experience could not have been better

Juice was great, funny and informative. This was an easy way to get to and from our hotel to Pearl Harbor while learning along the way.

Our tour guide RJ was great! He was extremely knowledgeable and had many stories to tell on our ride over and back. That really helped give depth to our not-long-enough visit to Pearl Harbor. Plus he was passionate and very respectful to the people who served and sacrificed for our country. Thank you RJ!

This tour company is rude and disorganized. I would avoid them at all costs. I asked them questions about the bag policy at Pearl Harbor (since I had medical needs and needed to bring a small wristlet). Two different employees told me not even wristlets were allowed, not even for medical reasons. A third told me that wristlets under a certain size are allowed (and sent me the link to the pear harbor website that said the same thing) and a fourth one told me bigger wristlets then what the website says are allowed. The only wristlet I had on me on vacation was bigger then the dimensions the website said. So I couldn’t get a straight answer from anyone and that already caused me a ton of anxiety.
Then when I got there, the tour guide disappeared without telling us when/where to be back to catch the bus home, or how to get our tickets for the boat out to the Arizona. I called E Noa and it took them 25 minutes to get the tour guide to come back and give me the ticket. When he finally came back, he accused me of lying and told me he had already given me a ticket (he hadn’t. I was the only person at my hotel he picked up, so he must have forgotten). Then cursed me out, gave me a menacing/threatening glare and stormed away, violently throwing his hands in the air and screaming something I couldn’t understand.
I called E Noa back, understandably upset and shaken, and asked if I could have a different tour guide drive me back since I didn’t feel safe with this driver who cursed me out and intimidated me. They told me I was crazy, told me to find my own transportation back and hung up on me.
The only positive thing I have to say is that obviously their managers understood how inappropriate this all was - cause they agreed to give me a full refund, which paid for the Lyft back to my hotel. It didn’t, however, pay for my tears throughout this whole ordeal.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Pearl Harbor very memoriable. Kama is an awesome driver with many good stories about Hawaii going to PH and on our return trip. He was simply the best. Mahalo

The bus ride was long. Our guide was basically our driver and did not guide us through the facility. A small museum and a film can be completed in less than an hour. We then had a long wait to enter the Arizona Memorial. It’s well done, but only a 15 minute visit after a quick boat ride to Ford Island.
